I agreed because they are the fastest among of the auto body shops but this is the trap, they deceitted me. After 1 weeks they announced it will take 2 months instead 2 weeks and the scheduled date is 9/27/2021 so I have gone too far to draw back. On 9/27/2021 I arrived to pickup my car but they retained my car because they didn't receive payment from AAA insurance yet. They requested the proof of payment from AAA insurance. AAA sent me the proof of payment and I transferred to them on 9/28/2021. But they still refused release my car with reason they didn't see the payment in their Bank account. Today I contacted with AAA to verify the tracking payment but they didn't respond. Now can anyone give me advice what I have to do to pickup my car.

The folks here recognize repeat customers, but due to their new computer system, you have to tell them specifically. The price to fix a small crack in a windshield is about $100 cheaper here than their Safelite competitors located directly across Winchester Road. I do wish that they would either dismantle or repair their broken clock on their sign located in front of their shop. It's a bad look. (also: This was once a family-owned business. As of August of 2022, it was sold to a corporation. As expected, things are now no longer quite the same.)

The guy came out, took pictures and said he was uploading everything to the insurance company. I arrange to drop off my car on the 4th of August. I decided to call the rental car company to make sure everything was good they told to me to call the insurance company to make sure everything was approved. I called and apparently Caliber failed to upload all my documents to the insurance company to get approved for my rental. I have a very busy and hectic schedule and now I have to wait a whole week before I can drop off my car again to be in the process of getting fixed. In the beginning I was thinking there was something I messed up on or forgot to do but a professional place of business is slacking. The people are very nice and respectful and hardworking but i don't like having to come back and forth for things I thought were taken care of.

I was involved in an accident in June 2020 and immediately took my Jeep to Caliber Collision in…read moreOlive Branch. Body shop recommended obvious body repair and to replace the front axle while using the internals of the old axle. Communication updates were regular and Jeep was returned after a lengthy period on August 18th. When the vehicle was returned, I found the front tire that was replaced had the incorrect load range and had to have another one ordered and mounted. The front vent tube on the new axle was still capped and I had to remove it to prevent axle seal damage or overheating. The front pinion yoke was leaking gear oil from the seal and there was a roaring noise coming from the drivetrain. At first, I thought the leak was from the blocked vent tube and the noise was from the tires, but after some time, it has been determined it was much deeper than that. The Jeep was sent back and instead of looking at the deeper issue, the pinion seal was replaced again and returned with the same results. Several weeks later, I found the pinion seal again was leaking. Returned it again and seal was replaced for the 3rd time, but only after I was told several shops wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a factory setup. After the 3rd time, I was on a planned family trip and stopped for gas and could smell gear oil. Looked underneath and the whole bottom was covered because of the leak. Sent images and video to rep and he did not respond. Spoke to and sent pictures and video to GM Mark Parks who told me that it would be addressed but the shop that did the original axle work said there was a lift on the Jeep, which was the same lift that was on the Jeep prior to the accident and was not an aggressive lift to begin with being only 2.5" in height and well within factory specifications. We are now in the early weeks of December and I was told by Mark Parks that I could take it to another shop and they would cover the charges to get the issue addressed. Took it to Off-Road Innovations in Olive Branch and dropped the invoice ($200+) off at the counter of Caliber as Mr. Price was out of the office. I did not get a response to my invoice that I dropped off, but was told again by Mr. Price to have another shop look at it after the issue returned again. The last shop determined that the bearing used was from the original axle and was burning up the seal as a result. I paid nearly $1000 out of pocket for the diagnosis and replacement of the bearing and seal. I went by Caliber and explained what was wrong and what had to be done. Employees that were there confirmed hearing I would be reimbursed for this cost and that I was right that Caliber should be the ones responsible for the repairs. After several attempts to reach Mark Parks, I was told that he left that location and went to Hernando. I was never reimbursed for my frustration, time, or cost of the repairs.The body work was fine, but I would never use them again for repairs or service on my vehicle.
