I came in planning to make a large purchase of multiple bottles of tequila. BevMo! advertises that they price match Total Wine and other local competitors, so I expected that policy to be honored. Their bottle of Casa Dragones Blanco was priced at $20 more than every other retailer I checked. Since I've been a loyal BevMo! customer for years, I wanted to keep my business with them and requested a price match to $66. Instead of honoring the request, the manager argued that the closest store they would match was one in Huntington Beach, so that was the only price they would consider. It felt like they were more interested in arguing than earning a loyal customer's business. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to Total Wine from now on. Better prices, a clearer price-matching policy, and hopefully a much better customer experience.

His total was around $15 and some change, and he paid with four $5 bills ($20 total). He should've received about $4 and some change back, but instead was only given coins. When he questioned it, the same cashier insisted he hadn't paid that amount and even said she would check the cameras. She later came back saying no one was available to help, but then gave him the correct change anyway. At this point, it feels like more than just a simple mistake. I'd strongly recommend double-checking your receipt and your change if you shop here.
