The staff went above and beyond to make the event special. Vernon (ice cream bar attendant), Mya (our personal hostess), Jennifer (event coordinator), and Anthony (bartender), were all outstanding--friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Their energy and positivity never wavered throughout our 7-hour event, and they made such an impression that it felt like they were part of the celebration. We reserved the Game Parlor along with four lanes, which gave our guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The venue itself has a beautiful aesthetic, so it doesn't require much décor--but we appreciated the flexibility to personalize the space. The staff also contributed creative ideas and hands-on support to ensure every detail--from presentation to amenities--was exactly right. I truly can't say enough about how grateful I am that we chose Fulton Valley. I've attended events there before as a guest, but this was my first time hosting--and it exceeded every expectation.
