I called on Tuesday and booked an appointment with their call center for Thursday morning at 10:00 AM to have my windshield replaced. I showed up on Thursday at 9:52. The door was locked. I called their number at 10:05 and was told that they only had record of giving me a quote but that the appointment was not booked. I definitely booked an appointment after receiving a quote. I called 30 mins before closing and they got me in same day, waited 30 minutes for the repair and was on my way! Staff were very friendly and professional! Price was also great!! I came out of town to find my window with a large crack in it, apparently the small rock that hit my windshield when I was on the freeway, decided to be dramatic after the fact.. *Insert Eye roll emoji* Anywhooo, I initially ran to Safelite who quoted me $1200 and then reached out to this business who quoted me $600. Andddd they take my insurance, so it was even cheaper than that! I was able to get my window fixed in my driveway at home for no additional charge because they took my insurance and it only took about an hour and a half. Plus the customer service over the phone and in person was wonderful! 10/10 read more

I called and made an appointment for the next day and was told they'd order the windshield. Their vendor forgot my windshield, so my appointment was rescheduled for the following day. I don't fault them for that. I did have issue with the charges. My total was $416.62. I paid cash, and was told they were "unable to deposit change in their bank account." I'd never heard of that restriction from any bank. So instead of rounding down in favor of the customer (remember I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute), they wanted to charge me more and round up to $417 in favor of their business. IMHO, a business should always favor the customer in such things, not charge the customer more because they are unable to deposit the exact payment. Oh, and their charge was the same as Safelite, so going local wasn't any less. read more

I can't say enough great things about this business. My windshield was damaged on the highway on a Friday on my way to Phoenix and I was stranded in Cabazon. I called 10 other places and everywhere else told me they couldn't help me until Monday. This was the only place that said they could help the same day and provide mobile service. All Star Glass is the preferred windshield repair company for Mercury Auto Insurance. I scheduled an appointment for a chip repair in the windshield. The technician examined the chip and explained upfront that for that type of chip it would not disappear completely, but the repair would stop it from getting bigger. The technician drove my vehicle inside their work area and returned 30 minutes later. As I was told, the chip was still visible, although a little less than before the repair. I am happy that I will not have to worry about the chip becoming bigger or turning into a crack. I was told I could drive the car immediately with no restrictions and could even take it through a car wash right away. Overall, a straightforward experience. read more

I needed same day service in order to make a trip to the hospital the next day and Paula was wonderful. She managed to find the door window part to my KIA Sorrento and stay open long enough to send Rene out to help me even though he had to work overtime. They were both fantastic and helped work with the landscape company's insurance that accidentally broke the window. While driving home from LA the other day a rock hit my front window, and as soon as I got home I call my insurance company to have it fixed. They referred me to All Star Glass. The woman who scheduled my appointment was very nice and friendly over the phone and was able to schedule for a repairman to come to my home the next morning between 8 and noon. The next morning around 8:45 he arrived and with in an hour I had a new window. Not that I wish to have any other window replaces anytime soon I would totally use them again and highly recommend them. read more

I called for an appointment today but they could not get the glass until tomorrow. I let them know how anxious I was to have my windows broken for another night. Made my appt for tomorrow. I needed a new side window and fast. My car was broken into during the summer heat and I couldn't imagine driving around without it. I called All Star Glass in the morning before 8am and my call was answered by their call center. They had the Cat City shop call me back shortly after 8am. They confirmed that they had my window in stock and it was replaced by 3:30pm that afternoon. They came to me, vacuumed up the broken glass, and installed the new window. They also charged my less than half what the dealer wanted to charge and they were done in about 30 minutes. Perfect! read more
