I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

They made the delivery exactly as they promised on the revised date and was very responsive in replacing a door that had a small ding on a corner. Management needs to look into that kind of employee behavior or they will keep loosing customers. Bed bath n beyond might be a nice store but they need to remember they are not the only game in town. I tend to get in early to check out the good clearance sections before the Seniors hit them up . i was a little disappointed the time on yelp was not correct. So i was an hour behind those dang seniors.But all in all i got everything i needed. This store just continues to amaze me with all the goodies and awesome coupons. Sight unseen they called it a fissure. Does it look like a fissure? I don't know...to ME it looks like a long scratch. But nobody ever came to inspect it. I'm actually writing this review now as I have had plenty of time to cool off and write with honestly and not let my anger fully invade my writing. Feel like I was treated very unprofessionally. We ordered both countertops and cabinets and had issues with both that required reordering. One cabinet was designed so that it did not allow for the plumbing for the sink- which was in place at measurement and should have been accounted for. Then they came for countertop install and realized they couldn't get the piece through the door and it would need to be cut , which requires the piece to be remade completely. If you want your project done right and on time, find another Cambria and Kraftmaid dealer.

We ordered several high-end appliances for a full kitchen remodel through Edelman Plumbing Supply,…read moreincluding a BlueStar range. From the date of selection, it took roughly 16 weeks for the products to finally arrive, far longer than expected. The range was delivered on October 10th, placed in front of the kitchen opening, and the installation team returned on October 13th to complete the setup. Unfortunately, the BlueStar range arrived damaged from the manufacturer, so the installation couldn't be completed. To her credit, Pam worked hard to find a replacement and communicated a plan, but due to their limited staffing, the next available install date wasn't until October 27th. That means not only the range, but all the other appliances left unfinished from the October 13th visit, are now delayed again. For a company that commands premium pricing, the quality control and installation coordination are extremely disappointing. You can spend a lot of money here and still end up waiting months with no function. I would not recommend Edelman Plumbing Supply for appliances, delivery, or installation. The process is frustrating, slow, and poorly managed.
