Great customer service and water is great quality for a reasonable price . I love this place to get my water . Way cheaper than Sam's club water. If you buy water bottles from them it is a bit pricey . Definitely bring own tops and bottles . Silicon tops can get on Amazon. read more

my dad asked me to come to this place to pick up water as soon as I walked, and I asked the employee like I always do, but of course this is somebody new to please wash the bottles out really quick after filling up the bottles. She comes back to me and tells me there's something in one of the bottles because apparently my dad did not wash the bottles out good enough, even though I asked her to please wash them out quickly before filling the bottles like the girls do every single time I come here her attitude was extremely rude and offputting, she insinuated that my dad wash his bottles. read more

Staff is very polite. .40 cents a gallon for great tasting water. Reverse osmosis. Every bit as good as those expensive ones at 10 dollar a bottle. I went from paying 100 a month to 15 a month. read more

The new guy working here is very rude. There was an open spigot where I could fill up my one 5 gallon bottle and even though it wasn't being used, he would not allow me. Because they were customers ahead me. Instead, I've got a wait for three different customers with five or six different bottles to fill up first. While that spigot Is not being used. OK but then when I go to pay, I've got a wait for some girl that comes in after me and gets to pay ahead of me so it doesn't matter what time you come in when you pay. So you can go leave for 30 minutes and come back and jumped the head of a line. Obviously, he has favorite customers that he cares how he treats, and then people like me who he doesn't care how he treats. I am looking for another place to get my water bottles filled up as long as this person works here. read more

Great fast service and there's a lot of little things to look at. Teas, trinkets, water dispensers etc. They have a punch card, too!

We've been getting our bottled water from Montalvo's for the past two years, and always appreciate their kind customer service. This is the best filtered water in the AV. It's reverse osmosis, which isn't the best for the environment, but it's the best you can get out here. The water quality is better tasting, of the same purity (ie: everything is removed) as Sparkletts, and is much more affordable! Plus, you can't beat a locally owned, family operated business. We used to get our water from Aloha H2o up on Ave.I, which I'd also recommend, but Montalvo's is closer to our home and is of the same quality, so it's a given. Plus, Montalvo's has a punch card, buy 9 get one free. Nice! Note: I'd highly recommend adding trace mineral drops (you can find them at Vitamin Shoppe) to the water, or any distilled bottled water you buy. Since all minerals are removed in reverse osmosis, you don't want to deplete your body! Especially out here in the desert. ;) read more

Really cool stuff at the store the owner is very nice and helpful. The water is a great price.

Love this shop. They're always so nice and polite, they have excellent customer service. They fill the jugs for you and have a cart to bring them out to you car. Other shops I have visited don't either of those. They're fairly inexpensive and the water is good quality. Just a heads up, they have new hours. Only thing I would adjust is fixing the hours on google. I showed up 30 minutes early when I thought they were open. read more

I came here for the first time and I gotta say this place is a winner. I used to go to another water store but the lady tried to rip me off and I had to use Yelp to help me find another place for water. It was either Aloha Water store or Montalvo's Water store we picked Montalvo's. When you walk in it looks like a liquor store without the beer, cigarettes, and lotto machines, it's actually a family water store. They have a lot of cute house items, hygiene items, candy, and many other goodies. I looked around and was very impressed I bought a oil warmer. The water machines are in the back and the owner is ready to assist you. I will be back and I'm glad we stop by for drinking water. read more

Second they fill the water up for you, I've been to some places and they do t even give you that type of courtesy. There are always smiles when I go to fill my water, genuine at that. They are extremely nice, I have been going to them for 6 months now, they always have a smile on there face. Today my boys weren't home to help me (Due to back injury) so I called to see if they can help me out to my car. They were very polite and said sure we can. My 5 gallon jug was leaking and it either needed a new valve or a new seal. Many water stores won't service them or will only sell you a new $8 valve. Montalvo's Pure Water store happily replaced the seal and only charged me .50 cents. I also like the many water dispensers available, which helps speed up the process. Always very friendly and helpful service here too. read more
