The customer service is great, I don't have any complaints, if the shop is closed, they have a machine outside so you can get water.

Today was my first experience at a water store. Was helped by Maria who was super friendly and informative. Bought a 5 gallon bottle that she filled up with Alkaline water. Simply put, a place to get, not only reverse-osmosis water, but 'ro' ice as well and for less than grocery store price. Not to mention, but I will, decorative jugs and 5 gal plastic spouted containers. The proprietor Joe always greets you with a smile and somehow remembers your name. Joe's a fun cat. He'll greet you nicely every time he sees you in his store. His water is a municipal source, but tastes fantastic. His filtration system works incredibly well. Having said that....I would've given 5 stars if his hours were a little more patron-friendly. For .35 per gallon, it seems to me there would be a greater period of time to get the commodity you need & he has to make a living on. It's ridiculous as it is that I have to go track down water to drink like my ancestors did. It would be great if I could do it at my convenience rather than having to make a plan to track this stuff down! I need 25 gallons! A vending machine at 6pm for 25 gallons is not my idea of convenience. Let's go. Pick it up, Joe! read more
