Went for our first time yesterday. Really appreciate the fast service. We ordered, and it look less than 5 minutes to get our yummy treats. The staff were so nice. We were greeted in and out. A good spot to just relax in during summer. The shop is super cold - such a plus! It was my daughter's first time trying shaved ice and she gives it 2 thumbs up. Welcoming environment, and lots of variety! The service could be slow depending on the day you visit. The day I went, there was only one lady taking orders and she was also making the orders. First visit while in Lancaster/Palmdale area for an event. Located in large shopping area. Hawaiian themed decor and menu. Really bright, clean and cheery inside. Cashier was very upbeat and smiling when our party of 5 walked in. Tables and chairs are more for look than functionality. On a personal note: As a plus size person chairs like this can be unsettling. Menu very extensive. There is something for everyone. Shave ice, smoothies or boba. Nice portions. Good prices too. I ordered a large POG (passion, orange, guava) shave ice over vanilla ice cream. It was delicious! Perfect for the 106 degree heat. I look forward to returning. read more

I can't believe how good this place was. I was having dinner in the area and I saw this place and decided to try it. Best idea ever. When you walk in, Ill be honest you will NOT be greeted by staff since she is very busy. Well when i went it was only one person in the back so I get it. When she took our order, she got straight to it. I got the Shark Attack with Vanilla Ice Cream. When the order came out, the presentation was good and don't get me started with the texture. The ice itself was so fluffy to just melt in your mouth. The flavor was of course amazing and had condensed milk drizzled on top. Thankfully when we went, it wasn't too packed but its a nice little spot with Hawaiian decor all over the place. Definitely coming back. read more

Decided to try this place after my daughter's softball game. So glad we did!! Ice is smooth and fine just like back home. We are from Hawaii. Seriously the closest to my favorite shave ice place "Mountain High Shave Ice" in Waikele on Oahu. They have boba and smoothie if you're strangely not into shave ice. Ordered toro milk tea with boba and I payed 8.27 for a large. The lady who prepared the tea licked her hand to sample and proceeded to handle the drink, which was disgusting. The restaurant looked very lonely. I had already payed so i decided to taste the drink The boba was super hard and the tea itself wasn't even blended i got clumps of the powder. My son and I went in today to redeem our card for a free small shaved ice that we have had after purchasing 9. After ordering the free one and a medium one, I hand the owner the card and she says that it was a card from 2 years ago and she is a new owner. All with an attitude like I should have known and it's a totally different company. Looking around the name is the same and we remember her from before. She was there when we use to go all the time (pre-pandemic). Very rudely she stated they never closed for the last year and a half. She handed me a new card exactly the same but the phone number changed. The cards have no expiration date on it. Horrible customer service and horrible business practice. For a $4 ice cream she just lost my business with my family of 6, and friends. She could have just honored it! We really liked this place. It's a shame. read more

Reading some of the negative comments on here is laughable. This is a shaved iced place, you will not get treated like a 5 star restaurant. It's a great spot to bring kids and family for a refreshing dessert. The owner is typically by herself and handles the register as well as the orders. She has always been friendly and given great service. I don't need the owner to kiss my ass saying hello just because I wanted shaved ice. Also, be mindful that there is probably a language barrier and culture difference. Don't be so entitled buying from a small business owner. If you want a refreshing treat, this place offers a great variety of flavors. I highly recommend adding a scoop of ice cream and condensed milk. Well worth it!! read more

You won't ever see me inside of this place again. I walked up to the register as this older lady in glasses was ringing the person in front of me up and as soon as she got done with them I'm standing there and instead of acknowledging my existence she moves over and immediately starts preparing orders along with the girl that was already preparing orders. I tried to be patient and I waited 3 to 4 minutes during that time the young lady that was on the other side of her looked over and made eye contact with me and mouthed "we will be right with you." So I waited another few minutes. But the lady that was at the register is probably the owner and if she didn't feel like it was important enough to welcome me into her establishment and ask me to be patient because there were about six people in the place sitting down, then I don't need to show up again. We've been coming here for the longest time! Absolutely loved this place until today. Had the worst service. We ordered a blended milk coffee and a shaved ice. The milk coffee wasn't blended so we asked if they could fix it. The gentleman up front was who took the order and tried to correct the mistake. He was great. But the girl in the back said nope. Can't fix it. Have to buy a new one. Excuse me? Ummm. Yeah no. We ordered what we ordered. Didn't receive that. And we're expected to pay for a whole other order. Ridiculous. Bad service and product. Our family and friends will not be customers. I asked what ingredients were in the strawberry smoothie because i like to know what I'm about to give my kiddos. The lady at the register indignantly answered "STRAWBERRIES"... this is also the person who made the smoothies. Ok so frozen strawberries alone alright! She goes to make the smoothies as I watch. I got one strawberry and one pineapple smoothie. Ingredients: (I know this because i asked after i saw her make the "fruit smoothies") Puree from a bottle (for both) A few scoops of non dairy dry milk powder Liquid syrup I DID NOT SEE ANY STRAWBERRIES OR ANY PINEAPPLE!!! I am a foodie and have yet to find shaved ice better than this. I have tried several from the LA area and even Hawaii but this place in my opinion is better than all of them. The tigers blood/coconut with condensed milk add condensed milk and a scoop of ice cream, insanely good. I also had a buy 9 get 1 free card that I had for years that was not honored because they now have a new stamp system. This was understandable though, as it seems easy to forge. Cheers! read more

Customer service was fast and efficient I even got good recommendations from the man behind the counter and the boss came and gave me a card with two stamps on it and once you buy the ninth item the 10th is free.
