There was a woman being helped when I entered and one employee (which explains why they probably don't answer the phone, as so many people have complained about- budget/management issue). Carlos greeted me and he was so attentive and friendly. He gave me great advice and fixed/installed a worn out piece on my filter. He looked over the remainder of my equipment and said it fine. I was ready to spend and he assured me it wasn't necessary, and showed me how to assess for the future. I will definitely be returning to this location.

They shipped out the product I ordered in a timely fashion but didn't really care if it worked or not. This has been a month long odyssey to get my water softener working properly. I ordered a Fleck 5812 valve from Titan Water Pros over a month ago (7/12/21). I installed the valve but never got soft water. And asking Kevin at Titan what the settings should be got me this response via email, "Thats what the internet is for". Wow, thanks for all your support Kevin. I changed out the resin at a several hundred dollars expense but still no soft water.  I even called Rain of Las Vegas to come out and look at it but the tech couldn't figure it out. Even though I had scoured the internet (and called Pentair, the parent company), I was getting nowhere.  Finally found one small blog on a repair site that suggested checking the O-ring that fits over the distributor tube (tube that's in the middle of the resin tank). There was no O-ring to check, it was completely missing!  Now that I knew what I needed, I spent another week trying to find the special little O-ring and retainer clip.  Titan sent me the wrong part (shame on them for shipping out a valve missing the O-ring in the first place; Kevin tried to blame Pentair).  And I called Pentair but they couldn't help me either except to give me a local distributor. Got the parts I needed today from that distributor and I finally have a working softener!
