We had Lenny Montana Home Improvement come out and change our sink. We also had Culligan coming out to install the water filter system, paid for with a warrety (Montana Home Improvement do not warrety there installed systems). So Lenny said he can install the system and have us up and running before Culligan. Convinced us to cancel the Culligan order (Worse idea EVER). Lenny installed the system incorrectly, left it incorrectly. Had another employee come out to install a valve so we can have cold water in our kitchen sink. Montana Home Improvement charge hourly, so we paid to have it installed incorrectly, paid to have his employee come out to put in the valve, then paid again for Lenny to come out and fix it, and every time they drove out I was charged again for gas. I'm in my mid 80"s not to quick on my feet these days, but I'm a smart old bird, Lenny Massaro came to change out my shower/bath tub. Oh my, it was a disaster, Lenny measured and ordered the shower completely wrong. Lenny's mistake wasn't realized until after the old shower was cut up and removed. I didn't have a shower for weeks, and every time I called it would ring and ring. I must have left 10 different messages in those weeks and had no idea when I would have my shower back. Thank God for Margie. My fingers are hurting from typing this out. My Construction Nightmare Come TRUE!!! I've been putting off this project for years. Finally my wife called Lenny at Montana home improvement Pros. He's a fast TALKER, said everything right told us what we wanted to hear. Not only did he not do what he said, HE TURNED AROUND AND DENIED EVER SAYING IT!!! So if you have a Big Project to get done. Go to any other company, I can guarantee you will be Happier then a Nightmare Company that CAN'T EVEN TELL THE TRUTH and Take Responsibility for his Own  ACTIONS. read more
