This is for a Rotation and balance. Tires were purchased at Discount Tires. This is unacceptable for an appointment. When I talked with assistant manager Steve, his excuse was they schedule two appointments every 15 minutes and then get backed up. I'm not sure how that works. They really need to figure out their times on how long it takes them to rotate and balance a set of tires and plug that into appointment times. A customer doesn't want to make appointments and wait 2hrs to have a 20 minute job done! This is all unacceptable for a company like Discount Tire. The excuse that was given by the manager Steve was vague, lame and unworthy of any company running a business.

I noticed a young man roaming around the lot with a clip board, looking confused...my truck is a 2021 GMC. First I noticed how FILTHY he was pants, shirt, ALL FILTHY, it was only 10ish in the morning. How did he get this dirty? The worst part was he was sweating from the back and looked from the rear to be really wet!!!! Sure enough he spotted my truck and was attempting to get in! I asked " do you have seat covers ? " he responded " Ya "....... Further he was soooooo heavy, sweating and did I mention filthy, I told Gage and Carla, I would go elsewhere. Have seen homeless people that were cleaner! Of course they understood and found an employee that was obvious working , just not the big, soggy mess my original one was. We were happy to find this company right off the freeway. A phone call established that they had our tire size and type in stock - and a Michelin to boot! We were able to just pull in and immediately get a new balanced tire put on. The technician was great -- very congenial and efficient. In fact we were impressed with all the staff from front office to tire area. It can be a stressful time, but we were happily on our way with little trip delay. Erik…read moreand Jake responded promptly to my request to charge the A/C, replace the battery and solve the check engine light issue in my 2008 Mustang. The work was completed quickly after I approved the costs via a phone call from Erik. I picked up my car and drove to the grocery store whereupon the check engine light came back on when I left, so I immediately returned to Tire Rama. Right away Jake had the car back in the shop and the mechanic looked for the code to no avail. Erik had gone for the day, and I agreed to schedule a return appointment. I was prepared for having to spend more money, but within just a few hours Erik called to say they had replaced the aftermarket O2 sensor from Napa with the more expensive sensor from Ford and after test driving, was confident the problem was resolved and there would be no charge. I am very pleased to have my Mustang running smoothly again and grateful for the excellent service from the crew at Tire Rama. I'll be returning to Erik at Tire Rama on Grand for all my automotive needs.

While on a road-trip last week, we stopped at a gas station in Billings. Checked/filled air in…read moretires, and suddenly the valve on one of my tires wouldn't stop leaking...ugh! We envisioned a significant delay in our travels, along with an expensive repair since it's a BMW run-flat tire. Asked Siri for "Tire Repair near me." Never heard of Rimrock Tire, but Siri said it was very close-by so we went there. A wonderful choice! The knowledgeable lady at the front desk said she suspected it may be a valve core leak, and she asked a technician to look at the tire. Daniel (?) immediately came out with a small tool and he quickly fixed the problem just by tightening-up the core valve. The whole thing, including the drive to Rimrock Tire, delayed us by maybe 15 minutes - and my sleeping dog in the back seat never even woke up. We were beyond delighted!!! We've had no further trouble with the tire since then, and we're thankful that we happened to find Rimrock Tire. I would highly recommend them!

I was about in tears talking to the guy who answered. He said bring it right over, we will fit you in. I didn't expect much and figured I would still have a wait. Boy was I wrong! A guy was waiting for me, lifted the garage door as I pulled up, and they had me fixed and out of there in about 20 minutes, for next to nothing. I am so grateful to them.
