The work was completed quickly after I approved the costs via a phone call from Erik. I picked up my car and drove to the grocery store whereupon the check engine light came back on when I left, so I immediately returned to Tire Rama. Right away Jake had the car back in the shop and the mechanic looked for the code to no avail. Erik had gone for the day, and I agreed to schedule a return appointment. I was prepared for having to spend more money, but within just a few hours Erik called to say they had replaced the aftermarket O2 sensor from Napa with the more expensive sensor from Ford and after test driving, was confident the problem was resolved and there would be no charge. I am very pleased to have my Mustang running smoothly again and grateful for the excellent service from the crew at Tire Rama. I'll be returning to Erik at Tire Rama on Grand for all my automotive needs.

Bought new tires for my camper from this shop, trusting they'd sell me what I needed. Less than 6…read moreweeks later -- and with under 250 miles on them -- one tire completely failed. Turns out they sold me under-rated tires meant for lighter trailers and speeds under 65 mph, and they didn't even match the specs of the original tires. When I went back, the sales rep argued they "don't make" what I was asking for, had an attitude the whole time, and still blamed me instead of standing behind their product. It's clear they either don't know the tires they're selling or just don't take the time to match the right tire to the right trailer. If you buy from them, do your own research first -- don't assume they'll get it right.
