For our first project with them, we had them put down concrete on a good portion of the yard and it came out GREAT! Loved how the stamped design came out and have received multiple compliments on it. We also really appreciated their attention to detail when it came to grading the entire area and were thankful they suggested our AC condenser unit be elevated to ensure water wouldn't pool around it. It was something we hadn't even thought of and were glad to have brought to our attention. When we were ready to tackle the second portion of our yard, we called up Newline again! This time, we had artificial turf with concrete curbing, DG, and a concrete slab for a future shed put down. The end result is fantastic and we're quite happy with how everything turned out. I had previously briefly mentioned to him about another small cement job and in the same email response asked him if he could give me an idea of how much that would be. The thought was I'd first do the smaller job and then eventually save up for the big job. But he didn't reply. I followed up with another email and also a text several days apart, but still no response. Nonetheless I got the feeling he blew me off simply because I could not currently afford the big job. As a potential client, it's hard for me to imagine a person in business would burn a bridge so willingly and carelessly. I have the money and most definitely will pay the right person to do the job. But evidently Ralph doesn't have time to deal with someone not prepared to shell out at that very moment or someone cost conscious taking steps to inform himself in preparation for the job.
