For our first project with them, we had them put down concrete on a good portion of the yard and it came out GREAT! Loved how the stamped design came out and have received multiple compliments on it. We also really appreciated their attention to detail when it came to grading the entire area and were thankful they suggested our AC condenser unit be elevated to ensure water wouldn't pool around it. It was something we hadn't even thought of and were glad to have brought to our attention. When we were ready to tackle the second portion of our yard, we called up Newline again! This time, we had artificial turf with concrete curbing, DG, and a concrete slab for a future shed put down. The end result is fantastic and we're quite happy with how everything turned out. I needed landscaping for a new backyard and since the day we moved in, Jesus was prompt in keeping our appointments and was never pushy about getting our project started. House needs a makeover with turf, with a good recommendation from friend I met up with Jesus from Newline, where he took all the grass area measurement and provide his quotation promptly the following day. Landscaping is a large endeavor, especially for a new build construction. As a result, I was very cautious while finding a contractor to help us landscape. I'm happy to report that from start to finish, and all the way through monitoring phases, Newline Pavement has totally exceeded my expectations. Juan and Jesus were very upfront and accurate with their pricing. Jesus was quick to meet us during the quoting phases to take accurate measurements. Jesus also provided a sketch and was very open to modifying the sketch to achieve a beautiful landscapes home that fit our budget. When construction began, Juan led his team expertly. It was very obvious that Juan and his team are highly skilled in construction and landscaping. They took extremely accurate measurements and worked hard to achieve our vision. What impressed me the most was that Juan made suggestions to improve our vision, things that we were unaware of prior to construction, resulting in a perfect finish. Juan was so considerate of our budget and continually offered suggestions to improve the yard while staying at our price point. Throughout construction, which took several weeks to complete due to the scale of our project, we added changes to the scope of the contract. Juan fully obliged our change requests, and in some instances, included small patches and paved sections without increasing our cost. Juan's team also added complimentary wooden dividers in our backyard, which was immensely appreciated. I added photos in our review so you can see the night and day difference of our home. During scoping, (which also included concrete in the front yard and an awning structure with lights), Jesus was able to quote a large range to meet our budget. If you look at the photos, please note how shapely and even everything looks. The awning structure was also expertly installed and is well worth it. It was so easy doing this all through one contractor. Also, Newline paid very close attention to drainage and irrigation and there are no instances of water collecting or flooding. They also installed a reinforced wall on our slope, which looks fantastic and helps keep the home safe. Even if you are tight on budget, I'd highly recommend you explore Newline because they provide many options and the end product is fantastic. My only suggestion would be to prepare for questions from Newline, as they need to maintain communication so you get what you want. Lastly, after construction, Jesus and his team continually check in and visit our home to make sure everything is growing well, that the grass is thriving, and water pressure is installed correctly.
