The business owner politely greeted me and upon learning I was new to the area, proceeded to extend a warm welcome. I knew then that I was in good hands. He then examined the sandals, complemented me and graciously suggested that stretching would be ineffective since the sandals were constructed of synthetic materials. I saw the positive yelp reviews, so I thought, why not give it a try. My favorite boots needed new heel pads (I think that's what they are called? The rubber parts on the bottom of the high heel?). The shape of the heels are not typical. Mr. Lee took a look at them and asked how much of a hurry I was in. I wasn't, so he gave me a return date two weeks away. I just picked them up, and they are perfect. And the price was very reasonable, given how much I've paid before for people to destroy my shoes.
