They referred me for a root canal, and set me up with a treatment plan to have my cavities filled. Following my root canal which was performed by private endodontist (NOT through Advantage Dental, they could not perform this service nor dental cleanings) I needed a permanent crown to replace the temporary one set up. This alone required at least FOUR separate visits to the clinic because they consistently messed up the molding, therefore the company they work with to make the crown had to request it to be redone. Each visit was long, painful, and I obviously had to miss work to be there for those appointments. They were only mildly apologetic of the turmoil they put me through. That alone would be enough to transfer care in my opinion, but the further work they did to fill my cavities was unsatisfactory as well. I had 3 cavities they worked on, one of which I had them rework because I was left in intense pain post-appointment. This did not help- I am still unable to put pressure on the teeth and have daily pain. They are extremely sensitive and uneven, which was not the case prior. I am used to dental work. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their mistakes. I was very understanding, patient, and never caused a fuss or complained mid-appointment, but this is unacceptable. The reception is impossible to reach; they do not answer the phone, and the front desk is rude and unsympathetic to patients who are in pain. I would not recommend visiting at all, especially if you want actual care. I am sorry for those who are forced here due to insurance.

The very same day, he had little to no swelling, no bruising, and by the next day, he was already eating solid foods. Within a week, he was completely healed -- no dry sockets and no "chubby bunny" cheeks! This was the complete opposite of my own wisdom teeth removal experience, and even my son's friends were jealous of how minimal his recovery was. They used his own blood, spun it down, and made small clots to place in the sockets, which clearly made a huge difference. I'm truly amazed by Dr. Roman's skill, expertise, and the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Roman and Dr. Christina to everyone -- they are both outstanding, and their practice is absolutely 5 stars!

My wife received a tip from someone local that held this dentist in high regard and made an appointment for both of us. Being retired, we don't have dental insurance as it rarely is a good value. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told there was a $400 processing fee that did not include the initial cleaning and inspection, only paperwork required to be a patient. I declined payment and left, never to return. My wife proceeded as she needed some immediate dental work and has been satisfied. In my 72 years on this earth, I have never paid for the privilege of being a customer!

WITH NO PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION. One year later, I scheduled another appointment (one month out). I phoned the office en route to ensure that the dentist would be in that day and was very rudely informed that Dr. Heppler would not be able to see me that day because Dr. Heppler had made a doctor appointment of his own during my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist snapped at me and accused me of lying because I informed her that I never received a phone call (she literally yelled that she had personally made the call herself). She then proceeded to tell me to find a new location if I had a problem with their scheduling techniques. Well, I do. I have a problem with your scheduling techniques, your rude receptionists, your delinquent dentist never being there, and most of all, your severe lack of customer service.

Dear Brianne You have my sympathy!! I want to share my horrible story at this dentist office…read more Its been a couple years ago, but I will never forget that horrible day at "family dentist" even the names a joke! I had a head cold that day so decided to reschedule. I was going down those horrible slippery stairs, where the rain and wind blow so hard and there were no grab bars or anything ADA related. The dentist was following us out and talking to the girls as my right foot slipped and went straight up. I couldn't stop myself and fell two fights of stairs. I landed on the bottom concrete area by my car. I was so disoriented, I sat for a minute trying to get my barrings and collect my purse. The young girl I had with me asked the dentist (I don't remember his name) if she could use the phone in his office to call 911. He actually told her no!!, and said she's ok, then turned around and went back inside. He never came to help me up! I crawled to my car 6 feet away climbed inside and drove myself to then Ilwaco ER. I remember driving 20 miles an hour across the bridge, I was so distraught and a little in shock. By the time I got to Ilwaco my right knee was frozen and I waved to a doctor to get me a wheel chair. If I had a cell phone back then I should have called 911 myself but I was so shaken up I couldn't think what to do anyway. I called the doctor a couple days later to talk to him about it. He wouldn't talk to me and the receptionist sounded scared to talk to me. I still cringe when I drive past that gloomy dark office. BAD DENTIST!!
