We moved in September 2024, one month before giving birth. Since day one, I have hated the whole experience. The day I moved in, Humera (manager) said "oh your apartment isn't ready" despite multiple emails about the moving in process. She begrudgingly let me in the apartment. She did not complete a walk-through with me. When I pointed out destroyed/burned carpet, so I don't get charged for the previous tenants destruction, she just said "oh". No notes on her end, nothing. I had to shampoo the carpets upon move-in because it wasn't done. I had to bother management multiple times to fix the storage lock. Horrible neighbors that would party all hours while I'm trying to manage postpartum with a new born. Turns out the neighbor was on Megan's law for lewd acts with a minor. Management had no issues with a pedo swimming/living among children. Finally they moved out. Pool is never managed. Never see residents using the pool just teenagers with rat tails jumping the fence. I lived in salinas and thought this place/Morgan hill would be a step up.. totally wrong. Morgan hill has crime and drug market, just like Salinas. Ohh and wasn't told this was subsidized/section 8 housing. So that means shitty people live here, who don't care about throwing away the governments money, since they don't work and have the privilege to ruin communities wherever they go. Don't live here. They increase rent for a shitty living experience. Only saving grace is the maintenance guys. They do more work than any other employee at this property. Fuck this place and it's bullshit. I wanted to take my little one swimming before the day is ruined with people screaming and leaving trash everywhere. Pool keys don't work. Of course. Updated Review as of 5/5/2025: After nearly four years of living at this property, we finally understand why our experience here has been consistently degrading, stressful, and disrespectful--despite being well-qualified, long-term, full-paying tenants with excellent credit and income. Simply put: this is a HUD-subsidized housing complex, and that critical fact was never disclosed to us when we applied. We moved here from Los Angeles during COVID, when job displacement and housing uncertainty made time and options limited. We were shown a modern, renovated unit across from the pool and were told this was a quiet, well-managed, amenity-rich property. That turned out to be deeply misleading. Since then, our quality of life has steadily deteriorated. The amenities are virtually unusable -- the pool is overrun daily with non-residents, chaotic parties, and unsupervised children; the gym is small, poorly equipped, and equipment is minimal and often broken/unusable. We tolerated this for years only because we were saving to buy a home and didn't want to go through the financial strain of relocating again. But the ongoing conditions and the failure of management to take action finally became impossible to ignore. We were never informed that the property is part of a Section 8 program, and this has major implications for how the community operates. There are no meaningful security measures, the pool gate lock is routinely broken, and management does not enforce any basic rules or screen non-resident access. We've received condescending emails with absurd rules like being prohibited from backing into parking spaces, while at the same time, the environment around us remains completely unregulated and often unsafe. This complex advertises "luxury amenities" and "an extraordinary level of privacy and serenity." That is absolutely false advertising. What you will find instead is a revolving door of non-residents, noise disturbances, overcrowded amenities, and a complete lack of transparency or accountability from management. If HUD housing had been disclosed upfront, we would never have signed the lease. That information was material and deliberately omitted. If you are a qualified, market-rate applicant expecting a peaceful, safe, and respectful living experience -- this is not the place for you. I lived here for 7 years. What started as a temporary place turned into a home. The community itself is safe and friendly, and I always felt comfortable living here. Management is reasonably responsive, though maintenance requests can take a little while. The location is a huge plus -- walking distance to downtown, the 4th of July parade, Mardi Gras Mushroom Festival, and the Saturday farmers market. The only downside is that my corner unit was next to neighbors outside of the complex who sometimes had loud parties, but within the community, everyone was respectful. The property has a serious flea infestation problem that management has failed to properly address. It's not an isolated incident, it's ongoing. Living here means constantly worrying about bites and your pets (if you have them). The appliances are another headache. Instead of investing in new appliances, management just keeps sending maintenance to "patch" them up over and over. Temporary fixes, same problems. It's frustrating and honestly feels cheap, especially considering how much rent costs. And speaking of management...communication is awful. They tell you one thing and then do another. You'll be promised that something is "being handled" or "scheduled," and then nothing happens. Or the story changes. It honestly feels like they lie just to get you off their back. Save yourself the stress, money, and headaches. There are far better options out there. read more

My wife and I scheduled a viewing for July 2 20205. Once we got there we waited 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from Humera the manager. When we were going to leave she had the maintenance person show us the spot. It was red flag number one but, we realize people could be busy. We liked the apartment and so we applied. We paid the deposit and everything. Once we got the leasing agreement we realized we did not like the terms so we withdrew the application. When we called we spoke to Humera once more and were told 2 WEEKS to get back our deposit. We called 2 TIMES to make sure that we will get our deposit back in 2 WEEKS and Humera assured us both times that it was going to take 2 WEEKS. Well it has been A MONTH and she tells us now that it's about 3 WEEKS to get our money back. It makes NO SENSE that they withdraw our money right away but that we have to wait A MONTH to get it back. Now she is telling us that the accounting department has to send us an email (email that we have NOT GOTTEN) to fill out a preference of disbursement. This fraudulent behavior by the manager is out of this world. This place runs off misinformation, deception, and lack of accountability. Please be aware when trying to get a place here! read more

I am not the easiest tenant. Especially the past year under major stress. With that said I am giving Monte Vista Apartments five stars for the manner in which management and staff handled the concerns and/or complaints I had brought to them. They were very professional (at times when I apologetically was not) and they addressed my concerns immediately. I do take Yelp seriously so I can not review without giving some useful information to help with your decision to rent from here. DEAD RAT IN WALL, GARBAGE OVERFLOWING, MANAGER OVERCHARGES After 8 months of 1 bedroom at Monte Vista Morgan Hill with 10 year-old carpet, we moved to 2 bedroom. Humera, the manager, put new carpet for the next tenant in our 1 bedroom, but pressured us to pay "for carpet cleaning $300." For the 2 bedroom, Humera knew there was dead rat in the wall and put 2 fragrance devices to cover smell. Manager refused to inspect unit when we complained of smell--which caused us nausea and vomiting. We hired our own dead animal service who diagnosed "probable dead rat in wall--the smell of death." Manager made no attempt to give us another unit and brushed us off with "its just the city flushing the sewer pipes." Public Works said, "There is no sewer block." We gave written notice to move after just 2 weeks, Then Humera said, "Oh I could give you a Model unit now." Too little, too late--only cares about money--not service--not health and Safety. The photo on website show Models--you will not get that. The sinks and counters are from 1970 and need replacing--instead they paint them (glazing--seriously, no luxury here--only luxury price). Piles of garbage overflow the bins since they only pick up one time per week--too cheap to pick up two times as needed. Fleas bite you going to your car due to everyone having 1-2 dogs. read more

We moved in to our apartment in March, and it was such a smooth process. Everything is done online, and the staff is extremely responsive and professional. Humera is so polite and accommodating. We never felt like there was something we couldn't ask. The grounds are immaculate, and everyone we've met so far is friendly. Monte Vista is also one of the only places we could find that offered an exact time frame on your lease. It does fluctuate the rent, but it is so hard to come by a nice apartment that allows you to choose how long you'll be living there! I highly recommend living here! I am thrilled to report that I finally moved out of this place!! We bought a house, so no longer am I subject to unethical landlords, maintenance staff with the common sense of a goat, or noisy, inconsiderate neighbors. I'm FREE!! Before I ride off into the sunset, I feel compelled to offer up one final parting bit of wisdom to you potential renters: DON'T DO IT. Did you hear me? DO NOT DO IT. Why do I say this? Because in addition to the long list of complaints I have previously aired about this place, I have a new one to add - management is grossly unethical with tenant security deposits. This is also noted by Scott H. in an earlier review, and it is 100% true. I left our apartment absolutely spotless before moving out. I cleaned every last inch of the ~900 square feet, top to bottom. You name it, I cleaned it: inside of the stove, inside of the refrigerator / freezer, carpets, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, windowsills, windows. We scrubbed down the porch, and I gave the walls a once-over with a Magic Eraser. We only hung about 4 pictures, but every hole was spackled. There was not so much as a single nick in the paint, and the carpet was in the same state it was when we received the keys 9 months ago. This was evidenced by S (name withheld due to Yelp policies), one of the managers of Monte Vista. We did an informal walkthrough with her, and she said, and I quote: "Wow, this place looks great! I could show this place to potential renters right now!" Indeed. I just received my security deposit refund from Monte Vista, and they withheld $300+ for a paint job and a carpet cleaning. On an apartment that was absolutely without blemish! I would be outraged if I weren't so glad to be free of this place. Fortunately we can afford to eat $300, but I suspect that there are plenty of less well-to-do folks at Monte Vista who cannot afford it. I feel genuinely sorry for those folks, because they are gonna get screwed, hard. If I can't recoup my entire deposit, none of you suckers will. I am the cleanest person I know. To sum up, my best advice is to stay away from this place. If you simply must, then you should enter into your lease with the knowledge that you will either 1) lose your security deposit, or 2) have to sue to get it back. If you want to sue, here are some helpful suggestions: 1) make sure you take lots of pictures, both when you move in and when you move out, 2) make sure you do an in-person walkthrough with H, not S (H handles the money in this place, and S's thumbs-up obviously did nothing for us), and 3) bring witnesses to the walkthrough who can attest to the condition of the apartment. P.S. Don't forget... if you do decide to rent here, don't rent a unit facing Del Monte! Those units are SUPER NOISY. read more

Don't live here! This Manager who's name starts with an "H" is not good. Very fake. I have complained numerous time about the person that lives above me that drags something across the kitchen floor at least 10 times a day and also he keeps his TV very loud after 10pm. Before we moved in Humera said that person above me was very quiet! BULLSHIT! I find it difficult to believe that the previous tennants did not complain about this person! She said that she would talk to this person. I'm pretty sure she hasn't. Rent is way too expensive here. We came in last year paying $1475. My experience with this management has been very positive. I have lived in many buildings and have applied to live in a couple in Morgan Hill. Humera is the most professional, kindest and most courteous manager I have ever dealt with. I can not believe some of the other reviews. If the neighbors are not quite, there is very little she can do. Every time if have asked for a repair or maintenance item, I have been help quickly. They even call you to make sure you are ok with the repair and everything is to your satisfaction. I have to say that my, almost 3 year experience at Monte Vista was amazing. It is not the most modern of places, but the quality of service, hospitality and efficiency of the staff make it the best place to live. They are very pet friendly and the location is safe, super close to downtown and the gardens and the little rivers are super appealing. I recently moved due to my husbands job, and after living at Monte Vista, finding finding a new apartment was not such a great experience. Humera is the manager there and she is wonderful. She always would stop and say Hi, knew my name, even my dogs name and was always super pleasant. Nothing ever really went wrong but if a drawer needed fixing or a light needed to be replaced, they had it done within a day. The only bad thing is that Humera and Monte Vista aren't further up north as well... I will always remember our first apartment with the most fondest memories thanks to her and all the staff there! read more

I've been living @ Monte Vista In Morgan hill for the past 7 years without any problems or complaints. The management staff is always professional and courteous. The property, fountains , pools and landscaping are professionally maintained.. Also, any service requests I've reported (to Humera) are acknowledged and promptly fixed. I enjoy living here because majority of the renters are professionals who like peace & quiet (I hate loud music) and neighbors are respectful toward each other. Although the rent is somewhat high, based on the amenities offered, it's within reason compared to the Silicon Valley prices in San Jose and Santa Clara. Also , pet lovers are welcome & Cats are indoors only (my kitties are happy & safe). I saw one comment about noise levels not be addressed but it has improved dramatically with New owners (Braddock & Logan) who have a "No tolerance to Noise" policy that is now being enforced. If you like to live in a highly maintained complex with good management and enjoy a peaceful scenic surroundings, this is the place for you. read more

My roommate and I have lived here for over a year now with my son. We moved here after both having been laid off and we were no longer able to afford our own residences. The garden setting and pet policies as well as the close location to downtown Morgan Hill were appealing to us. While we have had some issues typical to large apartment complexes (barking dogs, loud people in the hot tub late at night), our experience has overall been a good one. Management is very friendly, cooperative, and very quick to repair any items requiring maintenence. They have replaced our dishwasher, a toilet, repaired our oven/stove range, patched a spot on the wall we damaged when we moved in, and dozens of other items. On the occasions where our neighbors have been louder than necessary after hours, they have almost always respectfully quieted down. The apartments COULD use some updating (double paned windows, central heating/AC, and full sized washer/dryers would be nice) but are clean and functional. As for the posts before me who mention the maintenence staff entering their units, I haven't had any problems with them since I moved in. Any time they have come into my apartment, it has been because I notified them that something in my apartment required repair. Of the two maintenence men who are on staff (Mike and Victor), I have NEVER smelled marijuana on them! They always wave/stop to say hello, and I can't imagine them being the types of individuals who partake in those types of activities. read more

My fiancé and I stayed here temporarily until we bought our house. The reason for just one star is actually for three simple reasons. 1. The location of the apartments to downtown Morgan Hill is excellent. We could walk in to town easily and loved the convenience. 2. This was the only apartment complex in MH that allows short term leases. This is nice for those that just need a place temporarily like us. 3. The handyman, Manny was amazing. He was very kind and goes above and beyond for tenants. For example we were having issues with our in unit washer. He went to the store to purchase something to help without even being asked. Also, any time we needed something, he was happy to help. Other than those three things, I do not recommend these apartments. Only consider them if you need a short term lease and/or you want to be close to downtown. Some negatives that actually happened: 1. Drunk people attempt to break in to your apartment. 2. People getting arrested outside your apartment. 3. Loud music, pot smoke, and rambunctious young adults at 3am. 4. A toilet that doesn't always flush. 5. Your nice shirt getting destroyed in the washing machine. 6. Homeless person living in the mailbox area and urinating there. So with this said, it is your decision if you choose to rent here. I have lived here for about 7 years and counting..... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.. Once you first come through the office the greet you with a warm smile and treat you with care. But through time they slowly start feeling like there is some repugnancy towards how they treat there tennants. They are very slow to get things accomplished, and I find it hilarious since they charge a arm and a leg for it being in a low income area as well. Now when it came to the last day she started saying that she wasn't going to give us our deposit back because she had to get her team to clean it?!?! So I have been living here with my little family for about 2 months now and I love it! It's so clean, pretty scenery, and it's quiet!! I'm actually surprised at how quiet it is. They have two pools, two hot tubs, a gym room, and a dry sauna! It's really close to down town Morgan hill and a little shopping center! I love it because I walk my daughter to those spots all the time. I also love taking walks around the apartment complex with my daughter because of how peaceful it is. The front office people are also extremely nice and professional! They have a lot of guest parking as well. I love my upstairs unit because it has high ceilings and just makes it look more modern. My Girlfriend and I are a no kids, no pets, 40+ professional couple that moved to the area for our careers and needed a place to land, until we found a more permanent home. We fond Monte Vista Apartments on-line and seemed like a good place, and they offered a 3 month lease option which was great for our situation. The $400.00 deposit is very reasonable (for a reason - read below) and the complex is close to downtown and basically convenient to shopping, and the 101 for commuting access. The grounds are nice enough, fake water ways, benches that no one will ever use, etc... covered parking, but no garages and fairly limited guest parking. Sometimes it was a challenge to park our second car if one us us got home late on a weeknight. The neighborhood is borderline. Most of the complexes that surround Monte Vista are low income, and most of the houses in the are are rental dumps, so it seems a bit unnerving at times and once we had a notice on our door that a robbery had occurred in the area and that everyone should lock their doors, etc. However I will say that nothing bad happened to us or our property while we lived there. The apartment themselves are a bit of a ripoff. They are very clean, but they are expensive for the size, and the quality of the interior fixtures and appliances is about the worst I've ever seen in a professional apartment complex. The carpets even after cleaning seem to ooze dirt as soon as you walk on them, and within a week they were black in the traffic areas. We would clean them again and again, but they were so cheap that nothing worked. We finally gave up. The cupboards are particle board, with a paper wood veneer that again is extremely low quality, and seems to peel just by looking at it too hard. The maintenance staff was a joke. Anytime we asked for a repair it took days and was usually not fixed correctly the first time. One example, we needed a leaking faucet fixed in the bathroom and it took 3 attempts. The third repair the leak stopped, but the handle tuned the wrong way - which I never got used to. We had lousy neighbors below us - loud, beer can crushing idiots that used profanity as punctuation, with late night rants that made me dumber for having heard them. We filed a complaint, as it was spelled out in the lease quite clearly that 10:00pm was the cut off for noise. The management told us they could do nothing and to call the police... great, call the cops on the guy I have to see everyday and park my car next too... yep that's a good solution. So we put up with it. Upon moving out, the manager who previously feigned being basically nice, if somewhat ditzy, turned into pure evil. The move out inspection was absurd. We have always left a place cleaner than we found it, and that was the case this time. We knew they would hold back 80.00 or so for the carpet cleaning... but then I realized that she was going to find any and everything she could to deduct from the deposit. The problem was she couldn't -- the place was spotless, and she became frustrated, and finally said that she would have to charge us 30.00 dollars for "touch-up" paint because the back of our sofa had left the slightest trace of a mark on the wall. I asked if I could simply do it myself - I'd be happy to. She refused and said I was not to be allowed back in the apartment after the inspection. Basically We got charged for normal wear and tear - which is even excused in the lease. So she got another 30.00 buck from us. At this point I did not care anymore as I saw the way the game is played. The deposit is low enough that if they keep most of it, chances are most people won't fight them on it, when the reality is what they are doing is a violation of their own lease. So take that as you may. All in all it's an okay place to live for a while, we ended up being there about 14 months. I'd hate to have to be a situation where I ever had to call the place home long term - and I'm glad to be out it. read more

SAVE yourself some time before filling out an application. Unlike the other review of 4 stars, our experience was much different. Desperate to find short term leasing while our new home was being built we decided to call Monte Vista. We were told to come down to view their last available unit on the bottom floor and to fill out our application, credit check and put down a deposit pronto if we wanted the unit. After all the information was submitted, contract signed, two credit checks completed...we thought we were ready to move in one week later. Meanwhile, the old tenant (who had already been long gone) decided that he wanted his apartment back? What did they do....gave the old tenant the apartment back, still ran our credit checks and wanted us to pay $60 for the two credit checks. Hmm...I don't think so! There is something incredibly shady about their business practices, I would be leery about their contracts and be mindful about submitting an application until they have provided to you in writing that the apartment you selected is indeed available. All of this said, we found a great apartment down Monterey HWY called Monterey Grove Apartments-Knowledgeable staff, brand new appliances and hardwood floors for the same price. I leased my apartment in June and it was easy enough getting through the rental process. However, the first night someone tried to break into my apartment while I was unpacking. That left me pretty rattled. Then people were getting their cars broken into. Not the best start. A couple of weeks into the lease my company laid off my entire department due to covid's effect on the business. Due to this I advised them of the situation and asked what they could do for me because I was going to have to break the lease. Without the stimulus package I wouldn't be able to make the rent. They advised I would need to pay my upcoming rent because they required 30 days notice but that they would only charge me half of the fee they charge to break a lease which was normally $4,300. So I still had to pay over $4,300 to get out of the lease. Better than over $6,000 sure but that's the best they could do after living there less than 5 weeks? Then the found a way to absorb all of my $500 deposit which was a total joke. Not only did they absorb it, at the end of it all I was advised that I still owed them $10. $10???!!! They kept the full amount of the deposit, which to be honest was fine with me just to be done with this whole situation, but they still wanted a lousy 10 bucks and change? To be honest I feel it's just a slap in the face and with the state of the world today I would expect a little more empathy. read more

Well where to start... Well my daughter, husband and lived here for 6 months, and we could NOT wait to get out. First off they charge an arm and a leg for a tiny, out of date apartment, down the street from section 8 housing, with the cheapest everything inside. All of our kitchen appliances were from the 80's and we had only one burner that worked and burned everything. I had asked several times for her to replace it, and it NEVER happened in those 6 months. Our washing machine had the engine erupt, causing our apartment to get full of smoke and burnt oil. The maintenance crew dropped the machine carrying it out, causing oil to spill all over our carpets and said they would have them cleaned, which, oh yeah NEVER happened. Upon moving in, they told us that the unit we would move into had air conditioning, and I guess by that they meant one, in the living room like an old motel. Our blinds broke within a week of moving there and the front dead bolt lock became loose locking my daughter and I inside the house. Oh and don't forget the bums going through the trash multiple times a day, and weirdos driving through the parking lot scoping out cars. As if that isn't enough to make you turn back, upon us moving out, the property manager told us that we could NOT bring in our own carpet cleaners or company to clean the carpets, that thy have their own which automatically comes out of your deposit fee as well as a professional apartment cleaning company too. She said both would cost us around $150, so that would leave us with $100 back from our deposit. After we had moved everything out, she did our final walk through and saw me cleaning and told me there was no need because they hire people to do so. I continued anyways because it felt morally wrong to leave my mess behind. We had patched every tiny nail hole (we hung like 5 pictures in the hole house) and restored everything. She told us during her final walk through that her only concern was the stain on the carpet, ( we have a 2 year old) so there was traffic and juice spots on the carpet, and small spots from the spilt oil, but nohing crazy and about average wear and tear. My husband asked if we could bring in professionals or clean it off our self and she said no, that they have to use their company because the chemicals might ruin the rug. Well now after a few months of not living there, we got a call from the main headquarters about a bill over $1400, for having to repaint, put up new blinds and replace ALL the carpeting. They said they took pictures of all the "damage" and when I told them to prove it, they said all the pictures happened to get deleted by "mistake". This place is such a scam!!! read more

If we were still living here I might well give 4 stars, because we always received prompt and courteous responses to any service requests. Definitely down at least 1 star however because of the state of the carpet and the antiquity of the appliances. Not only old but also, despite frequent requests, faulty components never replaced. We moved out, however. Rent was very high for such a tiny place in a low income neighborhood, and hard for me to find. We had two cats, who were well trained but I noticed, soon after moving in, that dirt 'bled' through in high traffic areas, such as bedroom to main room to kitchen. Despite many different tries, I could not remove those stains. When we left, we did our best with it but knew there were stains, stains which obviously had been there for many years and through many tenants. Being a realist, and having read reviews, I assumed I would not get out deposit back, and in this I was correct even though I am sure Humera was aware that the carpets were old and stained long before our tenancy. That I could accept, not happily, but with resignation. However, she stooped to a new low when she demanded and extra $300+ from us because, she said, our cats had urinated on the carpets. How I wished we had used a black light prior to moving in. I have never had a problem with our cats, and we would have seen puddles on the carpet since they would have shown and been wet - our family tends to walk around in bare feet at home, so wet patches would have been noticed. Also since moving there have been no issues. I paid, we wanted to rent again so I had little choice. I found her dishonesty hard to bear since that money was a real hardship to us, and extracted entirely dishonestly. read more

My biggest complaint is that they didn't return a big chunk of our deposit! I cleaned and scrubbed, walls were almost perfect and we only got $200 of our $800 back! My husband is military and we had to move immediately, they tell you that you won't be penalized if you have Military Orders to leave. Well the manager, Humera, is also trying to keep the prorated return for us moving out in the middle of the month which is over $700. Wow! What a way to thank your service men! The property is also very picky about how you use your porch and patio space. No bikes on front porch and I was asked to take down wind chimes and potted plants. The property does look great, but be sure that part of your rent is really going for the "community pool." Monte Vista doesn't keep tight security on their pools, so when its really hot out expect all the neighborhood apartments that don't have pools to come Monte Vista. They have two hot tubs, but one or both is always broken! It is a pet friendly property but we paid a monthly fee and pet deposit. Our dog was very well trained, but we didn't receive any of that deposit back either. Oh and be sure to ask who your neighbors are! They forgot to mention that our neighbor below us was a chain smoker and medicinal marijuana smoker. Smoke seeped up through the bathrooms and we were smoked out of our own apartment frequently. They did patch the leak in our bathroom and that helped, but I payed a lot of money to live there and couldn't even comfortably live in my own apartment. They did offer to let us borrow a air purifier for a while until we bought our own (how thoughtful of them). The washer and dryer are tucked into a closet next to the kitchen that is also a food pantry. There is not enough ventilation in the laundry room and kitchen! I found this out the hard way. The dryer hose was broken when I moved in and the laundry room/ food pantry got too hot. I soon had maggots in all my pantry food! They came and fixed the dryer, but it was still too hot to store any food in the pantry. read more

It is a quiet area for sure. Seemed to be a nice, but over-priced location. Moving out was the worst. After over 4 years of living there on carpets that had been 3 years old, they tried to charge us full price for new carpets. the carpet had on stain in one bedroom. When we met to discuss the charges and calculations, the lady refused to explain where she came up with the values. She simply showed us on a calculator how 300+800 = 1100. Would not explain why 300 was being charged and why the carpets would cost 800. This is how she explained the charges..."I have done this for over a year, and this is how it works"... trying to ask for anything logical was like a dog chasing its own tail. In addition, the kitchen was greasy and dusty when we moved in. When leaving, it was clean enough to eat off of including new shelving paper. They claimed they needed to charge extra for the kitchen to get the years of grime out.... Take photos of the place when you move in. Write down the condition regardless of how small the problem may seem. Make sure they get a copy within the first month you move in to protect yourself. Take photos on the way out. Honestly, you can find better places for the same price or less. I did and haven't looked back. read more

I love these apartments my son and my fiance and I recently moved here from san Diego and ever since we got here managment has been amazing to us and especially the maintnance worker manny has been amazing anytime there is a problem he is in it. Recently we got locked out of our apartment (i lost our keys) and this was around 12 at night and called manny at after hour maintnance and he actually came all the way from san Jose which is 20-30 min away just to come let us in I couldn't believe it! The grounds are very pretty and everyone is so friendly! And never loud at night either (thank god)! read more
