Save yourself the hassle and just go through the airline My mother planned a trip for the whole family it was 16 of us, when we went to pay for the tickets we got a am flight all together and even paid 400$ extra to get reserve seating I also paid $90 infant service to be able to take my stroller and diaper bag Days later we started to notice in my mother's bank statement that the money was being taken out in different amounts and not all at once We called that unprofessional unintelligent shady scammer Miryam de Santiago and she told us that was how the airline did things and that nothing was wrong The day before our flight we tried to print out the boarding passes and all the reservation numbers she gave us were non existent Once I called the airline they said the travel agency actually put us all on different flights ( that explains the different transactions ) she put kids without their parents on separate flights... the best I was able to arrange after almost 3 hrs on the phone with the airlines was half of us on one flight in the night on a whole different day than we were suppose to and the other half in the am the next day And to top it off the airline had no notes on me paying the $90 for the infant service (btw the airline said it's actually $70 not $90) so miryam pocket those $90 When we called her she acted all defensive and hanged up on us at that point there was no time to deal with her, had to do it all through the airline I'm writing this so anyone thinking of going to this travel agency doesn't,and does not have to deal with anything similar.... this was the worst travel experience we have ever had all because of a greedy lady.

They managed the group of 44 people (12 players & familes) and coordinated everything. From flights, hotel, dining, restaurants, broadway show, beach tours, Old Havanna tour, classic taxi's, etc. I could not have asked for a better vacation. We went there to play in the Copa Amistad softball tournament but we had so many other activities. The Cuban people were great and we had a really nice vacation! We also went well before the insurance renewed. About a month later now we received notice of renewed service that he was going to be charged for his car insurance. He went to another AAA location and they told him the Whittier location did not cancel the insurance but did everything else we requested at that time. That was the main thing we went for. That's very strange to me and suspicious. I wish I remembered the woman's name and usually I'm not this bothered but it's a lot of money and it's so confusing trying to figure out where we went wrong when she did everything else we asked. We will be going to a new location.
