Patrick provided excellent recommendations about which resorts were going to match our budget and our desires. I thought that Sandals would be out of reach but he was able to find a great deal for us! 3. Patrick was incredibly helpful in planning out the details of our stay. He helped me figure out the travel details and especially in navigating the stresses of JetBlue cancelling our flights 4 times. He helped me book terrific excursions that matched what my wife was interested in doing. 4. I forgot to do our travel clearance to visit St. Lucia in the stress of the week before the wedding and needed to rush to fill out and get the paperwork cleared. Patrick offered to hop on the phone to wait and talk to someone in the government to get the paperwork processed. Thankfully that wasn't needed and the forms cleared without extra phone calls needed, but just him offering to do that was so generous and him seriously going above and beyond in his services.
