I arrived 10 minutes early and Lesley was already there and we got started right away. She gave me an all over color plus highlights, and a cut and style. I had gone a week ago to get a trim and the experience was alright. The stylist, Lesley was friendly enough and they took me in on short notice. My haircut looked fine at first. One week later and my mom points out that it's very choppy. She took a picture and I'm livid. I paid $55 plus tip and this is what it looks like?!?! PAID $400 STAY AWAY NOT WORTH IT!!!!! If I could put negative stars I would I am very disappointed in this salon. I ultimately didn't get what I had asked for. I asked for a dark to blonde balayage and I ended up getting a bunch of blonde highlights. when I had called the salon and asked for pricing they said ombré and balayage were the same thing and they start at 185. The hairstylist was nice good conversation but in the end when I saw the final results I wasn't happy because it wasn't what I wanted I took her advice on some things about bringing highlights to my hair but I didn't like that she put highlights all over rather than it being a balayage like I asked for. The process took about six hours and it reached about midnight when we finished and I paid $200.. she told me to look at my hair in daylight and to let her know if there's anything I wanted to fix because she saw that I was unsure about it she told me she was willing to do anything for me to be satisfied because no one left the salon unsatisfied. long story short I texted her the next day told her that I wasn't happy I wanted to change it I showed her another picture of the same hairstyle I showed her previously. The following week when I made the appointment all the Hairdresser did was a make my roots dark to eliminate all the highlights that started from the root and re-touched the blonde at the bottom it was somewhat better than the first time so I was like whatever, however I wasn't expecting For her to charge me another $200 I felt like she should've told me she was going to charge me for another appointment because if that was the case I wouldn't have gone back so after that appointment I ended up spending $400 to me it's not worth it but I paid it because the salon had customers in there and the Hairdressers mother was there I'm a person that doesn't like confrontation so I rather had dealt with that with the OWNER ANNABEL later Privately it's been almost 2 months and I have not been able to get a hold of Annabel I've left her countless messages I even texted her not one reply stay away from the salon horrible customer service Very unprofessional they charge way too much!!! $400 on hair is ridiculous especially when the job wasn't that good I had to go to and Juarez To fix my hair and I got it fixed for 100 They even left of the amount of money I spent and mind you the only reason why I went to the salon was because of the reviews STAY AWAY not worth it read more

Would give negative stars if I could. Charging almost $400 for a trim and a dye. Nothing fancy, a solid dye should NOT cost that much. Especially for one session that didn't last more than a few hours. Stay away from this place if you want to keep your wallet, and your hair intact. read more

Called and spoke with a lady named Devon, she was super sweet and gave me a consultation right away. Went in for my appointment today and let me just say, I am not disappointed. She got it EXACTLY the color I've been wanting it for about a year now! I've gone to other places (in south Texas) and she is the first one to get it right. She is very sweet and I felt right at home in that Salon. All the ladies were very nice and welcoming. I could not thank Devon enough for my amazing hair. I made an appointment yesterday and let her know I had to get in early because I was going out of town. Vanessa was very accommodating and came in early.
