Megan made the whole extremely difficult situation as palatable as is possible imo. When you lose a member of your family that isn't human it feels worse somehow. Thankfully the people here understand that loss and are compassionate, patient, comforting, and kind. Megan was absolutely the light to my darkness when poor Twix passed unexpectedly and I will always love her for that. In a totally NOT creepy kind of way. Thank you Megan and My Loved Pet for coming thru once again! Keep up the good work.

I was very pleased the attention we received from Loved Pet. We just had our Mary put down due to a spinal tumor that progressed rapidly in less than a week. We had to make a hard decision on a Saturday, my daughter called Loved Pet and was very sensitive about our trying times. We brought our Mary after euthanize her at home, if the vet took her it would have been over 6 days before she was picked up and cremated with other pets, we didn't want that for her. We arrived and was told we would get Mary back in 5-6 days and she would be cremated inside her own tin. 5 day's latter they called and we brought our baby home to ready with her brothers. Very nice experience plus we received some eggs from all the chickens running around and they were very tasty

So glad for this option for witness pet cremation. I had done this with my last two cats, and the place I went in Gilroy previously no longer does witness cremations. I wanted to do this with my latest beloved cat Stella also. It helps me to participate in an end of life ritual to honor her. Megan helped me once I was there and I was very impressed with her care and respectful treatment of my cat's body when working to obtain paw and nose prints. She was very kind and patient and wanted to get things just right and I really appreciate that. They have lots of different options for cremations, urns and remembrances, which was really nice. Services here are not inexpensive and it would be helpful to have options and costs posted on their website so clients can review and make decisions ahead of time at home. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my kitty.

We recently received our LovedPet urn for our second Golden. We had to come back and get another one from them. This time, we chose a scene of the Rainbow Bridge and they even added Linkin on the path! Beautiful!! These urns are custom made and so much nicer than urns that just make a name plate and pop a picture in. The quality is so much nicer than most of the urns we saw on Amazon. It was worth the extra money to put our Linkin in his forever home!

When my sweet Archie passed in her sleep last night, I woke not knowing what to do... Megan was caring, helpful, and so understanding of my loss. Being able to bring my baby in without needing to schedule an appointment made it well worth the drive from Boulder Creek.

My husband and I lost our beloved sweet girl Irie of 14 years this was extremely hard on both of us. We got in touch with loved pet right away to let them know our situation on our dogs passing. Codi was very helpful and kind she had us come out once we were ready. When we arrived we were greeted by Codi and Megan they let us take our time saying our goodbye once we were ready they walked us into the chapel codi helped with picking out an urn which we wanted an oak urn to match another beloved pet of ours they did such a great job matching what we already had. We are extremely please with the urn. Megan did a great job on the ink paw prints that we wanted. When the unfortunate time comes we will most definitely continue to bring our fur babies here. Thank you again codi and Megan for taking such good care of our sweet girl. And having compassion.

The Staff at LovedPets are amazing! They are compassionate, they listen and truly understand what we're going through. Codie is very informative, her help with making the arrangements to send our loved one off was amazing. They lovingly and respectfully helped us with 2 of our beloved pets. Please consider reaching out to them when it is time. Working with them during our delicate time of saying "see you soon" to our beloved doggies helped us tremendously with the grieving process. I unexpectedly lost both my Siberian huskies April 2023 at the same time due to them getting into things while I was away, it was the most devastating loss I've had to go through. Sadly I don't remember the vet and their staff there at SAGE Veterinary Centers in SF,Ca but I can't thank you enough for the CONTINUOUS compassion they had while I made my way to them. They gave me my options, were very emphatic on their time line, the chances they had and didn't pressure me into any decision. With their help, and kindness I had to make the hardest decision to let them both go. The staff gave me as much time as I needed, and let me tell you, I needed it. These two were my biggest joy in life and they walked me through it all with so much compassion. It was heartbreaking seeing staff also tear up, I remember one of the staff mentioning they'd never had to euthanize two huskies at the same time. It was a really hard night for everyone. After it was all done, they gave me the room and were so supportive, they walked me through my options, and even mentioned I could have more time to decide if needed for costs and cremations. I was so devastated of their sudden passing I asked for two small vials of fur to remember them by and they helped me collect some. It's taken a very long time but looking back, I'm so thankful for how loving this staff were to a complete stranger. If anyone needs any emergency support or sadly, a place to go to for their loved pets euthanasia, I recommend them. One thing I didn't know vets/cremation places can do, they can offer you a private cremation (just your pet to be cremated on its own at a higher price, or a different kind where they are cremated with others, I was taken back by that but I can see now why some may opt the cheaper price if they can't afford it, I personally did the private pet cremation one and payed more) They partnered with "Animal Memorial Service" funeral home in Gilroy,CA, and walked me through every step of the way. Animal Memorial Services were very responsive and patient with my grieving questions. When Animal Memorial Service dropped my pups urns back to SAGE they called me right away, and I was very pleased with how I felt they went above and beyond. The urn plaque (I do wish it was a screwed on name vs a sticky seal and included the year) but it did have their name and time of passing, it came with a letter certificate when they were cremated, a wooden print of their paws which I didn't expect to get, a ink stamp of their paws (and they emailed me a digital print of their paws when I requested, true to size, which I've since tattooed on me). Thank you again SAGE Veterinary Center and Animal Memorial Service. Both staff were so caring in my time of need.

I found Dr. Kuty's (Maria) company the day Minou showed me signs that he was ready to sleep forever - I looked them up on Maps and their company was the first to show with nothing but perfect feedback. I sent them an email first, it was a Sunday and at around 5 am, I received a response. I called them and although I was on hold for a while, I eventually spoke to someone who was nothing but supportive and compassionate. Never did I feel judged or hurried. I was crying my heart out and could barely talk - their patience and support was so helpful in easing a pain so intense. Maria arrived on time at our home. She, just like her team, was very supportive and compassionate. She took time to get to know us and Minou - she showed genuine kindness and love for animals (and genuine compassion for grieving pet parents). The whole process never felt rushed. From beginning to the end - up until Minou's cremains (in a beautiful urn and paw print tile) came back home. I'm so thankful for At Home, At Rest Pet Euthanasia. They're truly people you want to be on your side during these times. Minou was home, in my arms and took his last breath of his Mama's scent and hearing his Mama's heartbeat.

Dr. Kuty took time to ask about Milo's history, which became an unexpected moment of reflection that helped me pause the heartbreak, even if just briefly. They went above and beyond in so many ways like offering to notify Milo's veterinarians on my behalf so I wouldn't receive difficult emails in the future and providing grief resources. In the final moments, Dr. Kuty was sympathetic and careful, giving me the time and space I needed to say goodbye. I really thought Milo would never die and I tried so hard to keep her healthy.
