Unfortunately, what I received today was incredibly disappointing. $17 with tax for a sandwich that appeared to have roughly four ounces of meat is simply unacceptable. Just look at the picture the amount of meat speaks for itself. I understand that food costs, labor, and operating expenses have increased over the years. I would much rather see a business raise its price and maintain the quality and portions that built its reputation than charge premium prices while dramatically reducing what the customer receives. Longtime customers remember what Alkobar used to serve, and that is what makes this particularly disappointing. Businesses build loyalty through quality, consistency, and value. When those things disappear, unfortunately, so does the loyalty. After this experience, I will not be returning. I sincerely hope management takes customer feedback seriously and remembers what made Alkobar successful in the first place.

The entire process is straightforward, well organized, and very efficient. Customer service at the pharmacy has also improved considerably. There now seem to be more pharmacists and staff members available to help customers, which keeps even a long line moving at a good pace. The employees have been attentive, helpful, and professional during my recent visits. CVS also continues to offer competitive prices, making it a convenient and economical choice. I am very pleased with the new pharmacy setup and the noticeable improvement in service. It has made picking up prescriptions much faster and far less frustrating. This is an excellent change, and CVS deserves credit for recognizing a problem and taking effective steps to correct it.
