We had an emergency late in the evening where we came home and found out that our kitchen window had been broken. It wasn't something we could wait for until the next day because it was a massive hole in our window. Bugs and little critters from outside could easily make their way in. We called the company a little bit after 7pm and he surprisingly said he could meet us that night to take measurements of the window. He told us up front that if the window was longer than 60 inches, he would not be able to replace it that night. He proceeded to ask us for our home address and to text him photos of the window. I asked him for a rough estimate on how much it would cost to get the windows replaced and he gave us a fair price. We agreed and he told us he would be there in about 1 hour. He arrived about an hour later and began examining the window. He told us that based on the photos we had texted to him, he thought the cost of the windows would be the amount he originally quoted to us, but based on the actual size of the windows after he measured it, the windows would be less money. He cleaned up the glass and carefully removed the windows. He told us he would leave and be back in about an hour from that time and sure enough, he returned with some new windows. He installed them perfectly and we paid him upon completion of the work. He even offered to come back at a later time and conduct a home estimate on how much it would be to have new windows installed. He was very polite and very helpful to us and we were so grateful that he was able to assist us that late in the day.

It took them longer than expected because the window frames had been factory installed with caulk on all sides, which made their removal much more difficult. A team came into the house and removed the fogged windows, took them to thier work truck, and installed the new windows in the window frames. They came back in and intalled the "new" windows in a matter of minutes. They were here only 30 minutes for the entire operation. Very impressed. Scott was one of the team but I did not get the other gentelman's name. Both were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I inquired about replacement screens and was told they do repair them, too. It was mentioned it's cheaper if we bring the screens to the shop for repair instead of having them come out to get them. Very impressed with the quality of wormanship and workers. Design Glass and Mirror and Edwin Aguilar failed to complete the job that they were contracted to…read moredo. They still have not installed the square towel bar that they were contracted to install. They voided the lifetime warranty on the brand new Koehler bathtub that we had purchased for the remodel of the bathroom by drilling into the enamel and cast iron frame of the bathtub. Edwin (the owner) had assured me BEFORE being hired that they didn't drill into the bathtub to set the shower door guide as I was vetting glass and mirror companies based upon this criteria. He assured me that they used heavy duty double sided tape and glue. After multiple attempts to contact Edwin and Design Glass and Mirror to resolve these issues they have failed to follow up with a resolution at every contact attempt as Edwin never follows up on anything that he or Keron (his assistant?) state. We are now at wits end and believe that the only way to resolve this matter is to bring legal action against Edwin Aguilar and Design Glass and Mirror. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company as they can't be trusted to complete the job, nor can they be trusted to follow up on what they state that they're going to do.
