I feel like they genuinely care about my car and offer the time and attention required to keep it running smoothly for as long as possible. They also do not charge a diagnostic fee! That was such a pleasant surprise since every mechanic or auto shop I visit charges something when inspecting the car. I brought it in the other day because I wanted a second opinion on recommended maintenance from another auto repair shop. I called just a few minutes beforehand, and shortly after I arrived, they quickly put it on the lift to look underneath and gave me their opinion. And there was no charge! My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10.
