They also have a little convenience store and small kiosks. Could have better sitting area. Auntie Anne's being redone and construction going on outside the building. It's hit or miss with the bustle here. I love rest stops for people watching, and this one is choice. A mix of elderly off of a tour bus, teenagers on sports teams, young couples in love as middle aged couples bickering on their road trip. I smile, knowing I fall right in the middle of all of it. This was completely uncalled for, discriminatory, and had nothing to do with my purchase. On my way out, I called the store to speak with a manager. A man with a strong accent answered, claimed to be the manager, refused to give his name, then hung up on me. When I called back, they stopped answering. This place is hostile, disrespectful, and unfit for customer service. I will be reporting this incident to corporate and to the owner directly. No customer should have to deal with harassment when simply buying gas.

They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Quality of repairs is high, service is detailed and informed and reasonable for quality. I am more than happy to recommend to other Yelp folks and personal friends!
