Before going to Reliable, I attempted to contract a local carrier that was 20% less. They were rude and offensive!!! They wouldn't answer simple questions and responded with attitude! This company transports race cars that can be say temperamental. I had my appointment set. 3 hours before pick I'm told I'm being bumped for race cars. After complaining and also being on a time frame. They sent a driver to retrieve my car. Car started loaded. Off it went. Driver calls me the follow day, car won't start. Not sure of issue. But assured they move car in and out of trailer for other cars to be loaded. According to driver he had another driver help. Next day car is to be delivered but driver has no help to unload car and will just gave to leave on street in front of house with a garage. Or I needed to call a tow service to extract car from carrier. Mind you I paid up front $1200. For a reputable company to transport my baby. Are you kidding? You don't have a contingency plan for a car start issue??? Are you kidding me? These guys are "Professionals"?!? We had to somehow find a tow truck company who would help. Turned down by AAA been a member 40 years (That's a whole other review). This gentleman shows saves the day all the while I'm told by Reliable carrier it's not our fault your car won't start. Great contingency plan. Never again! I have second car I was preparing to ship. Well I'll be looking for a PROFESSIONAL CARRIER. By the way Reliable driver was very nice and friendly. This falls onto the company helping and supporting their drivers and most importantly their customers. Today Reliable carriers failed their customers and their own team member.

First, the owner himself was sent to the wrong address with an incorrect job description by All State Roadside service. He was calm and jovial anyway. Calling me, he got to the place needed, but didn't have the equipment needed )based on All states description what was needed). He checked it out, went back for a different truck AND found a tire for the camper by searching his yard. (I couldn't find anything open). He changed the tire, hauled it home, parked it just how we wanted and kept on smiling four hours later. I still have the tire. I will now ALWAYS call them if I'm near by. I hear he just bought this company- I hope he stays friendly- even after years of crabby jerks on the side of the road.

I called Rick and he agreed that I was owed the money and he would mail a check. When I didn't receive the check after several weeks and several phone calls I made one last call at which time he said I owed him $50 from the previous year. I researched the matter and found that I did not owe him $50. I then provided him with documentation for both years showing that I am indeed owed the money. As of August 1st have not received my check nor have I heard from Rick. Bad business practices.

We were scheduled for 9am, and they arrived at 9:20am ( rush hour in the area isn't fun, and they did give me a call before 9 saying they were on their way, so I can't take points off for this) Plus, the start time was when they arrived anyway, so it's not like it costed us anything. The truck arrivied with 4 guys eager to get started. We brought them up to our apartment and we had thirty boxes already stacked near the door. Within 10 minutes, these were all loaded in the truck. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. We hired Corrigan to move us from San Diego, CA to Michigan. When…read morewe signed our contract, we were not notified of the possibility of our shipment being split into two. Half of our belongings arrived in Michigan on time, and it took an additional week and a half for the rest of our belongings to arrive. At one point we were told, " We don't know when the rest of your belongings will be shipped, it hasn't left CA yet". This was pretty inconvenient for us, as we had to ask family to be present with us to accept our shipments, arrange for dog care on both arrival days, not to mention live in our new home for a few weeks with only half of our belongings/furnishings. Management told us we would be able to discuss compensation for these inconveniences, as we were told this is an unusual occurrence. We have corresponded with management back and forth many times, it has been a huge ongoing headache and now they are completely ignoring our messages and not responding. It has been over 3 months since our move. We never received any compensation for these inconveniences. Prior to the move, our belongings were evaluated by video-call for estimated cost of moving, we showed the video surveyor all of our belongings, in all closets, cabinets, garage etc. On the day the movers came to pack, they were nice, friendly and hard working, efficient, yet they kept complaining that we had "a lot more" than they were expecting to have to pack. This made us pretty uncomfortable. It was a 1-bedroom condo, we're not talking a 5 bedroom house here. Also, Corrigan damaged an item of ours during the move, as well as completely lost two shipping boxes of our belongings. Not only this, but the first delivery truck was an hour late from our predetermined scheduled delivery time, the truck arrived and got caught in a tree in our front yard, pulling a giant branch down. Our very nice neighbor lent the delivery drivers their electric saw to dismantle this giant branch, which took another hour. Then the delivery drivers said "I think we'll be done unloading by 1pm". They were at our home from 10am until 8pm!!! This was only the first delivery with half of our belongings , mind you. The delivery drivers were nice and courteous, took attention to detail with our inventory, yet were not very efficient. The second delivery team was efficient and courteous , yet did not take much attention to inventory. We were minimally compensated for our broken and lost items, yet the lost items were never recovered. Our experience with Corrigan was frustrating, stressful and we would not recommend this company to others.
