I called Rick and he agreed that I was owed the money and he would mail a check. When I didn't receive the check after several weeks and several phone calls I made one last call at which time he said I owed him $50 from the previous year. I researched the matter and found that I did not owe him $50. I then provided him with documentation for both years showing that I am indeed owed the money. As of August 1st have not received my check nor have I heard from Rick. Bad business practices.

His office staff we're extremely Pleasant and diligent in responding to my request in a prompt Manor in all reality I couldn't ask for better service on the phone compared to the other options I spoke to that day. But a big feather in their cap is their drivers. Their drivers are extremely skilled and knowledgeable unlike many other companies which have drivers that fall back to this type of job. Plus I have never seen cleaner trucks. If they take that much pride in their appearance you know they will take pride in their service and how they treat their customers. . Will definitely recommend them in the future. They responded to my tow promptly. And even had a way to fix part of the issue before we even got it on the bed of the truck. Great job
