I have tried to communicate via email about sending them back to get a refund and how to do so. They have chosen to ignore me. Buyer beware with online orders. They send used merchandise and then ignore the customer. This has been going on for months. still no response or way to return and get a refund. The staff have always been pleasant via phone and in person and are patient with my client who needs a bit of time to get his words out. The prices on the repair are fair, done in a timely manner and as a result kept him coming back for years. The shop appears to have been around for some time but well stocked, with all sorts of shoes from regular to orthopedic and I like the 1/2 off sock bucket which is encouraging to while you're already dealing with footwear.
