Once they heard the electric company would only fix a certain portion they returned to my home and fixed the entire wiring on the outside of my home (even though they planned to come the next day) while the electric company was here as well. Several hours later he came to my house, provided me with his professional opinion on what size whole house generator I needed. We agreed on a larger one for not much more than the smaller one would have cost. Signed the contract, gave him a small deposit and we parted ways. I called Maria back and she walked me through what I needed to provide and what they would be doing on my behalf. I scanned her everything she needed, she drafted the proposal, their insurance information and a schematic for what she would send the township and HOA. In less than 24 hours from when Jason was here and signed the contract I had HOA approval and a date from Maria of when they would install my generator. They even took care of obtaining Township approval. On 10 16 25, less than a month from my first contact with them, my Generac was installed. The crew showed up at 7:30 and were completely done by 11:30. The 4 man crew worked like a well oiled machine. I just finished everything of a Tesla Wall Connector installation. Robert and Ryan performed the…read morework, and the charger working. Great! They did it on a very cold day. Thanks to Robert and Ryan! But I do have 2 issues with the sales. 1. They bill me $675 for handling township electric work permitting, and the township price is $250, a 170% markup. The salesman said it is because they have to hire high-priced inspectors. I told him the $250 township fee includes the inspection. He said I was wrong. The inspector came in today and was paid by the Township. I was right. 2. The sales tried to bill me $500 for a loose house electric meter. I told him that multiple workers in the past had checked and found nothing wrong with the meter itself. Just the screws to the wall were loose. We verbally agreed that the installation crew would re-check during work and would adjust the price accordingly. Robert and Ryan did check and found nothing wrong with the meter and re-attached it back to the wall, but still charged me $400 claiming they were not allowed to adjust more than $100. I would be happy to pay premium for honest job, but $875 out of the $2,468 I paid to Ampd is for nothing. I bought the connector separately. Robert and Ryan did a good job, but the sales process as a whole was less than honest.

He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. Jim did a fantastic job of eliminating one of my existing electrical outlets and moving it up. He also installed a new GFI outlet in my bathroom so that I can hook up my beloved Japan-style bidet toilet.
