When I disputed it they refused to reimburse me. Discover refused to help either because I guess just took her word for it. They both have lost a lifetime customer because of this.

I guarantee you I will be their worst advertisement. Should have gone to Froggie's just down the street from them. They are my usual place but they were closed. I learned my lesson. Showed up at 6:37pm on same day (Wed 12/18), and was turned away as the workers had already begun parking their mobile service vehicles inside the bay for the night. The facility is NOT open til 8pm even though it's stated over the phone and on the posted hours on the storefront window.
