After drying, my fabric seats looked worse than before I took my car in. I called to have them fix it, and after another ~30min appointment, they are still significantly stained. Otherwise, the job showed little attention to detail, and I had to wipe my windows off after how greasy they ended up. You'd think they would do better for $175. I have never had my car detailed before so my expectations weren't very high to begin with. I had just accumulated enough dirt over 3 years that it was beyond my ability to clean myself. However, the service I received was far lower quality than I could have done myself. I called about a week ahead of time and made a reservation. They told me to bring it in between 8 and 9 AM instead of asking me when I could bring it. However, despite having an appointment, it took them 6 1/2 hours to have the car available to pick up. I'm also not sure why dropping the car off was necessary and the only option given when they HAVE a waiting area. Their location is not near anything so not having the option to wait there meant I either had to walk several miles or take Uber/Lyft to a place I could wait (which isn't easy with everything closed for COVID). A few minutes after dropping it off, they called me to tell me that because one of the floor mats was muddy, it would be an extra $35. I mean, yes, the car is dirty. That's why I brought it to you. It was nearing time for them to close and I began to wonder if they would have it done that day. Finally, at almost 4 PM, they said it was ready and that I HAD to pick it up by 5 (even though they close at 6?). This was an issue because without a car I had to haul ass back there on foot. When I picked it up, I was told that there would be another additional charge for using a card. One of the workers put my floor mats in the hatch and I was ready to go. I did notice that it didn't look like they'd swept the floor mats but it was a minor detail so I let it go. They also told me they didn't clean the glove box because there was "stuff in it". Upon starting the car the airbag light was on which it wasn't before. I started noticing obvious spots of dirt that shouldn't have been possible to miss. Every surface looked like it had been wiped with a wet rag and the water allowed to dry creating streaks and water spots everywhere. Every inch of all the windows was spotted like this. Then I found brown water and hair in the emergency brake boot. The more I looked at the car, the more I saw they missed things that were so obvious. There was even a clump of mud the size of a shoe showing through the grill. The lack of detail and the apparent lack of care was disappointing enough but the seat belt light was the major concern. After some Googling, it turns out it's fairly common for the seatbelt system to be damaged by detailers and it is not a cheap fix. I emailed them that night letting them know and asking if it was something they could fix or if they would reimburse me for what the dealership would charge to fix it. After two days I had received no response from them. When I picked up the car, the upholstery was noticeably wet. My pants were soaked and the passenger seat was wet to the touch. Even after two days, the seats are still wet in the crevices. They either used WAY too much water or they waited until the absolute last second to detail my car. If that's the case, what was the point of making the appointment? The final straw was the floor mats. After letting them dry in the hatch as instructed, I went to put them back in. They had removed the mud from one of them but the bottoms of the rear ones were caked in mud on the bottom. I thought it must have run off while they were washing them and then dried like that. I spent more money, going to a regular car wash and sprayed them off myself. They dirt came off easily as well as a CASCADE of mud from both of them. They hadn't even cleaned them. At all. And charged me $35 to not do them. Overall, while they did make the car better than it was, they did a very poor job and didn't do some of it at all. They also like to raise the price but not tell you until you go to pick it up. There's really no excuse for not responding to someone's concerns about your service. They've lost my trust. read more

The quality cleaning is terrible. However, the service was fast and easy to get the car in quickly. The prices there are charging does not seem to match the service. After taking the car home. I called in 5 days later, when I noticed the car odor is not going anywhere. Terry (very nice guy) said he will speak with the cleaner and will get back to me. It's been over 2 months now and still waiting for that call back. I've been calling no pickup. What makes matters worse is that I was gifting a family member a clean car. Had someone make a mess in my backseat, ran over to these guys same day and they took care of me. They told me if it wasn't perfect to come back and they'd make sure it was right. The next day a smell still lingered so I went back and they did an extra deep cleaning free of charge to make sure everything was 100% clean. I'd recommend them! read more

I took my car to be detailed and unfortunately it came back with my front passenger seat not working. I tried to work with the owner to figure out a plan to cover the fix, but they basically said it was my problem and they didn't need to do anything. Of course, the owner wouldn't call me to tell me this directly, but had his employee pass along the message. The detailing job was fine, nothing spectacular, and they upcharged me $30 when I dropped it off for some ink on a seat. And then tried to charge me more to use a credit card. I think the integrity of the business speaks for itself and I surely won't be going back or recommending it to anyone. read more

This place is worth every penny. Took my SUV in, and it was in BAD shape, inside and under the hood. It now looks and smells like a brand new vehicle from the dealership!!! They got grit/stains out of the door panels that I thought were permanent, under the hood is clean and shiny! We have been longtime residents of the clintonville area and always see these guys in passing but can never recommend them to a friend in good faith. My wife's Mercedes needed buffed out in a few different sections and we even purchased the touchup paint to go around the car. after finally coordinating a drop off with them (they no longer let you park it over night) and getting on their schedule. When we picked it up, no buffing or touchup done and only a wax coating completed. After finally speaking to both owners, Terry one of the owners said to call and get back on the appointment books to come back and get the buffing done. They were very accommodating when my son's car was stolen and trashed by the thugs. This company got the car done within 24 hours of a call. For $200, they did a fantastic job of getting rid of the water in the trunk and cleaning up the accumulated grime. Even did a complimentary cleaning of the outside. Unfortunately, there was still demoralizing faded graffiti on the steering wheel that we were hopeful they could have removed and the car did still smell somewhat like weed. I visited this car-wash because I live in nearby Clintonville and it is a convenient option. I opted for the mid-priced car-wash option for $35. The car-wash took nearly an hour to complete, but the staff member performing this hand wash worked hard and indeed when the car was finally returned it had been cleaned well, inside and out. I tipped him and left satisfied. Now to the rub - When I provided the car into their care I had a coffee cup and a Swell water bottle sitting in the cup holders. Just didn't think to remove them at the time. Those were not returned to me after the car-wash was complete and could not be found the following AM when I stopped back by to ask about them. Luckily the staff member who washed my car was there the day after, said he remembered setting them out on the table, and didn't know where they went after that. They took my number and said they would look for the lost items and call when they had been located. Two days later I received a call that said they could not be found. So based on my experience your best case scenario is that if/when the staff removes items from your car and forgets to place them back, this establishment will not secure the items or they will throw them away immediately. Your worst case scenario is that items will be actively stolen from your car. I currently don't have anyway of telling which is the case, only that my items are missing and cannot be returned. Moral of the story, make sure you clean any item you don't want to lose indefinitely out of your car before you show up to this car wash. It's really a shame because I was very impressed by the staff member who washed the car. read more

DON'T GET TAKEN! They might be good at washing cars, but I was very disappointed in the detail they provided for me. When I picked up the car, I had to point out dozens of missed spots to the owner. He wiped everyone of them off with a rag; so, why weren't they able to buff them out during waxing, huh? I think the answer is that they didn't buff the car. When I talked with one of the detail guys, he told me they use a liquid or spray wax. In fact, he told me not to wash the car too much, or it would wash off! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? I also had to clean dirt out of the cup holders! To make it worse, the owner asked me if I would like some sticky stuff cleaned off the inside of the window. I think he was trying to impress me with his meticulousness; he didn't. It just meant that was another spot his guys missed. So, don't let them tell you they are detail oriented. They are not. I just scheduled an appointment for my Subaru Forester. I always go to these guys and they never disappoint. I have brought in filthy cars that kids spilled milk in and got muddy shoes on the seats. The cars come back looking new. I do have to pay extra sometimes. But I understand why. I cant do it my self to save the cash because they do a much better job than I ever could. For the life of me I cannot remember the price but I do remember thinking it was not absorbetent and left feeling the service I received was worth it. I was disappointed in the job that was done on my car here given the rave reviews and were highly recommended. I am preparing to sell my car and it had already been detailed by my friend. But I'd had to drive it out of town for a wknd and wanted to re-do it. So, they actually started with a pretty clean car. The base price for interior for SUV was $110 but I mentioned dog hair and the owner said it might be extra. He came out and looked at it and we agreed on $150. I thought that was steep but figured if they got it "showroom ready" it would be worth it. A very nice young man said he had done the work and I tipped him without giving the car a close look. But when I got it home, I was disappointed at the result for that price. They did do a good job of getting the dog hair out (although frankly a lot of it had already been removed). They had not put any kind of deodorizer in the car which I assumed would be included in this kind of detailing. Also the interior was clean but it didn't "pop". Again, I assumed they would have used something like Armor All on the dash & doors. I don't think this was the fault of the guy who did the work. I noticed they were doing detailing for car dealers so perhaps they are more focused on that work. The receptionist did a follow-up call and I told her I wasn't happy. I had a great experience here, they looked at my car first before I left it to ensure that I wouldn't be charged extra for pet hair or other messes they might not have anticipated. They were extremely quick but thorough, and I can't believe how great the interior of my car looked (I only got the interior done as it was raining). They managed to get rid of all the coffee stains, crumbs from the console, and the roughly 20 pounds of Nature Valley granola bar detritus that had accumulated over two years. My dashboard was sparkly and dust free, and the carpets (both rubberized and ones that came with the car) were spotless. Would highly recommend them to anyone, very much worth the value. Just be sure to bring cash (they have an atm with with a $3.00 service charge), or check as they don't accept credit cards as of this posting. read more

Had them look at the car and they wanted to charge an extra $30 over the advertised cost because the car was dirty and he can't have his guys "spending that much time on a car".
