It's not efficient for those of us wanting a quick wash. Will not be returning, as I value my time more than the price. Single wash price point is high (for me at least) and Moo Moo just had a price increase this month (Jan 2026) on individual washes and packages. I am a fan of this location. Wash does a good job, my only complaints is the dry. It doesn't do that well. In summer not too bad but not getting out in January to touch the dry up.

After pulling out of the way I confirmed it's actually a Moo Moo Car Wash but had to loop back around and navigate thru the lots for a third time. I have the monthly membership to the franchise, so the cost was included. The wash did a decent job, though the dry cycle didn't fully do the trick. Staff were friendly during the quick interactions. You can only turn right in Hamilton Road when exiting.

Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.

C'est la vie. I do recommend this location however when you're leaving it be careful. It has a very steep drop. Give yourself a little bit of an angle so you don't bottom out your car.

Very good automatic wash and then car goes outside to be finished. A bit disappointing that the setup for the interior was outside and the servicers were working off "carts". They were polite and told me there was coffee in the waiting room. I was the ONLY ONE in the waiting room, of course during OFF HOURS. The wash was good and the exterior looked excellent. After I drove away I first notice the interior windshield could have been better and then I noticed spots on the side view mirrors. I am being "picky" but a lot can be said for FIRST impressions....I will go back.

I saw a members line, which I was not, so I went to the other open lane. I chose the $15 wash and the woman in the window told me about their special offer of a $5 first month membership. She explained everything and I said why not? It is unlimited washes at all locations and I can cancel at any time. It goes up to $30 for additional months, but you can also change the levels. She gave me the dust wipe and air freshener; she said next time I can just roll my window down and the first attendant will give me another set. It was easy to pull in with the help of attendants and I had a nice wash,and used the free vacuums. I have never been one to frequently use a car wash, but I will use it often.

Additionally all of the brushes are soft. Bug mess on your grill? They have a station for that. I like that everybody can get free hanging car fresheners and dash wipes, not just the VIPs. The car freshener smells really great, like a nice cologne and it's not ridiculously strong. The car wash does an excellent job getting my car clean and the free vacuums are always helpful to have.
