Skylines is located in a "shopping center" type of area with a variety of other restaurants and businesses and a shared parking lot. I've been to Skylines for lunch, dinner, and brunch, and I've been pleased with my meal every time! There's a small bar area, as well as plenty of other tables and booths throughout. They have charcuterie boards that are ready to go or you can order them to your liking and pick them up. They have a small selection of beer and wines to enjoy with their meats and cheeses. There's also a fridge with grab and go options such as the spicy restaurant-style salsa and spicy pimento cheese. Both were fantastic when I sampled them at home. This business is another unique one that downtown Clayton has going for it. They even offer catering services to boot. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Ordering is done at the counter, and you receive a number, and the beverage and food are brought to your table. The menu is posted outside the entrance so you can check it out first. I went with a rose and cranberry lemonade that was a drink special, and the bubble waffle, and added strawberries and bananas. The bubble waffle intrigued me as I had never had one before. It is a honeycomb waffle popular in Hong Kong. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It looks like bubble wrap, which is hard to tell as mine was covered in strawberries and bananas. Two things I want to highlight about my visit here on 7/17…read more First, we arrived very late after my sons' performance for the town in 100 degree heat. We were both overheated and hungry. The dining room was closed but, after speaking to the workers and manager, they let us stay and gave us great service. Most restaurants probably would not have accommodate us and we were grateful for the hospitality. Second, the pizza was fantastic. We got a large with half sausage and it looked and tasted like the pizza I grew up on in NJ. I look forward to going back and trying more offerings in the future.
