The staff member welcomed me warmly and sent me off nicely. The staff working today was pleasant, and helpful. I ordered the salted chocolate chip shake. Very delicious! I appreciate all of the shakes coming with 20g of protein. I recommend Blend Raleigh for its convenience to the YMCA. If you're not walking from the gym parking might be a bit of a challenge depending on the time of day but a short walk supports the mantra that was written on my smoothie cup "Take Care of Yourself". :-)
