This was by far the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. The staff were all amazing and Dr. Sam was phenomenal.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hutniks since the very beginning. I have written many reviews in…read morepraise of not only his extraordinary talent as a practitioner, but his obsession with staying in lockstep with the latest innovations in dentistry, his professional but welcoming staff, his comfortable, relaxing office. And his consistent devotion to the welfare of his patients above all else that has not changed since day one. But I never appreciated him more than when I recently underwent an emergency root canal procedure with him.. It seems Dr. Alex has a whole separate gear to handle these situations. It began with a slight nagging toothache, very minor, but concerning because I am fortunate enough to never get toothaches. On a whim, I called the office (closed-it was 6 p.m. on a Sunday), debated, then chose the option for the emergency line and left a message. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from Dr. Alex, who was on vacation at the time. As always, he showed deep concern, and asked questions to which I replied that I felt I was not in crisis. (I am prone to self-diagnosis which, honestly, rarely works out). "Just too much aggressive flossing". He offered to send an RX for antibiotics and pain killers just as a precautionary measure. I declined-so very sure I would not need them. Ha! He suggested alternating OC Anti-inflammatory and painkillers to help with the pain. Monday being a holiday, he told me to come into the office on Tuesday AM at opening and he would take me right away. Fast forward to 1 a.m. on Tuesday and awakening with a throbbing, excruciating pain the likes of which I have never experienced before. Yes, an abscess on my gum the size of Texas and, as we discovered later, an infected tooth. Dr Alex was in the office waiting for me and saw the problem immediately. He and his staff sprung into action and in the next hour and a half, performed the first of two non-invasive stages of a root canal procedure in a completely painless manner. And with the aid of state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment with amazing precision. But most of all, with caring and respect. Pain gone. Two weeks later, I returned for the final phase and am now in recovery. Still no pain! How do you thank someone enough for setting the gold standard for patient care? Try and tell the world.

Which I thought was odd, but my husband talked to him and that's what Dr. Bennett told him! Me and my kids went in for cleanings, because we thought we were covered and now we are stuck with a huge bill because the Dentist lied to us about taking our insurance. Unbelievable lied straight to my husband's face. If you have Delta dental, I don't recommend you go there. We are very upset about being lied to and deceived only to have one more cleaning done X3, and get stuck with a bell we thought we WERE TOLD would be covered!!!! Livid!

Their staff is extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. I especially like the front desk lady with the brown hair and glasses. She is phenomenal. She is on top of it! I'm only rating 4 stars because when I went in to get my filling at first, I had the Doctor Who had a busted blood vessel in his left eye. He seemed to be under stress. When he did my tooth it looked like SpongeBob. It went by quickly he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Being an advocate of my health, I did request for him to shorten it some more because my tooth was clearly wider and larger than the left tooth. He did just that. And asked me to bite down, I bit but my bite felt different. He said that my bite should adjust. So I went along that weekend and I tried to eat later that day, and it was very hard for me to eat. I tried to speak and say certain words, but my mouth couldn't form it. This is just from two teeth getting done. It was uncomfortable. I called them and complained because there was too much composite on my teeth and I couldn't function properly. So I went back in the following week and Dr. Hannah took care of me. They shaved down my teeth some more so that my mouth could close properly. It worked! I have been extremely pleased since then. I am happy they were able to see me again and fix everything. All in all if the doctors are under stress, they shouldn't be at work and they should never try to rush people out of there. I appreciate the doctors that I've had there that take their time and accommodate me patiently.

Even though the office was clearly busy, I never once felt rushed or like just another patient on a list. The entire team was incredibly attentive and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and okay. I ended up needing a crown, and they handled everything right then and there, no temporary fix, no waiting weeks for a crown. The fact that they were able to complete the entire procedure on the spot was impressive on its own, but what stood out even more was the quality of the work and the care behind it. Jackie and Dr. Rob were exceptional. They walked me through everything, made sure I felt at ease, and checked in constantly throughout the process. For something that could have been stressful, they made it seamless. I'm beyond grateful for the level of professionalism, efficiency, and compassion I experienced. Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you again! Ps: even got an eye mask and hand mask to relax later!

I've…read morebeen seeing Dr Bennett and associates for decades and now I'm going to seek dental care elsewhere because of the blatant disrespect from office staff especially at this location. This particular establishment priorities THEIR time over their patients' time and does not communicate well with patients when complications arise. Again I've been coming to aesthetic for DECADES, so even when I moved 40 minutes away I still was going to them. For my cleaning appointment, I drove the 40 minutes in a thunderstorm only to get there to see the office completely closed with a HANDWRITTEN SIGN: "we're closed for weather, will call to reschedule!" Never mind the fact that if YOU as the PATIENT have to reschedule, aesthetic dentistry in the ivory tower require 48 hours notice MINIMUM otherwise you get penalized a $75 fee... but for aesthetic dentistry, if THEY need to reschedule, zero prior notification is necessary and a handwritten sign is sufficient. What that tells me as a patient is that my time is worthless and that I am not important. I know for a fact it is possible to give patients prior notice of closure of office due to inclement weather/power loss because that same day I also had an eye appointment and that office also lost power. One of their staff members from that office did call me on their personal cell phone to notify me that they were closed for the weather. You're telling me that there's not a single employee at aesthetic dentistry that owns a cell phone that could've called me ahead of time? Will not be coming back as I do not like to be made feel inferior or that my time is not worth anything
