As part of my quest to find the best classic boba milk tea, I stumbled upon this place purely from convenience and looking for something new. I read a review from a fellow yelper raving about the boba milk tea here and I just had to try it, and I'm really glad I did because they were absolutely spot on with the review! My friends got some of their other fruit tea options. Most of the ordering can be done at the kiosk like almost all places now, with plenty of seating inside and outside to hang out. There were two people in the back making all of the drinks. 5/5 Boba milk tea was one of the better ones out of other shops for sure. You had the nuttiness of the tea which isn't overpowering but creaminess that you crave from a milk tea. The sweetness didn't taste artificial either, and less sweet still had enough to enjoy. If you like the tea flavor more, just go down on the sweetness. Though I really felt like I got more caffeine here than at other tea places. 4.5/5 Mango Pomelo Sago was refreshing and solid. It wasn't overly sweet either and you got the freshness you would want from a mango drink. Perfect summer time drink! 4/5 Jumbo Fruit Tea is huge, they put a whole ass watermelon slice in it! It was definitely huge, but most of the space was from the fruit which I'm not sure if you really taste or if it's more for show. But still a yummy refreshing drink where it highlights fruit more than the tea. Overall I see myself frequenting this place a lot more! I love boba milk tea that puts the creaminess first with the tea being a complement, so one of my favorite places now.

Still my favourite boba spot! Recently I've tried: Tropical passion - 5/5 Pink lychee iced tea - 5/5 (swapped the yogurt boba for regular boba) I usually get both of them at 75% sweet because they are otherwise too sweet.
Been wanting to try this tea shop for a while now since it's so close to my workplace! They offer a lot of different menu items such as tea, smoothies, and food. We tried their passion fruit and their matcha brûlée. Honestly both drinks were okay, the menu is a sort of repeat of all other boba shops around the idea so they didn't have anything distinguishing or new. The passion fruit did taste a bit too sweet even though we adjusted the sweetness, it tasted like they did use passion fruit jam or syrup while their matcha brûlée tasted a bit more watery and the matcha was very toned down. I'd definitely like to try their snacks next but would skip on the drinks.
this was a nice and refreshing drink after malatang. ordered the mango pomelo drink and it was really good. it was not too sweet at 50% and had the perfect amount of fruitiness. would recommend!
Been here twice! Not a super memorable boba place for me but the drinks are always good! I think the fruit teas are better here than the milk teas. Service you order on the kiosk but the workers are really nice, I accidentally ordered a hot tea instead of a hot milk tea which would be 75 cents extra. I offered to pay the difference to fix the drink after but they made the change for me without charging which was really nice of them. I got a roasted hot oolong tea, and another roasted oolong with sago and boba. Toppings here are good!! I would recommend. Drinks are sweet - I'm usually between 50-75% sweetness here and I ordered 75% but I should've gotten 50%. Tofu is good here too! Inside is cute but not that much seating -like 3 tables. It can get moderately busy. There's 2 claw machines
I wished they gave more toppings and honestly the special cup felt smaller than the regular cup. I liked the popcorn chicken and was crispy and hot when we got it.
Moomo Tea is tucked away in a small strip mall serving up yummy drinks and small snack food. With indoor and outdoor seating, fun streetwear inspired decor and floral pillow seats, the shop itself is a bit quirky. Mango Pomelo Sago served in a square drink container, is a deliciously smooth mango drink served with sago and pomelo bits. Super refreshing and sweet with a lovely texture. Sour Cream and Onion Fries were pretty straight forward, fries with a powdered flavoring. They also had other flavors to choose from as well. Great to share! Fried Calamari could use some sauce served along with it or possibly some herbs. These were a bit bland and texture wasn't that great. Food and drink came out relatively quickly. Definitely would stop in for their Mango Pomelo Sago if I were in the area. Parking can be a bit difficult in this plaza.
Location wise, there's a good amount of parking. We were mostly here for the popcorn chicken, since one of our fav boba spots closed down that made the best. I def rate the chicken 9/10. Nice crispiness and spice. But I wish it was a little juicer. I do like that they have sides to dip as well at your disposal. The drinks were good ok. But I must say they are on the pricier side for boba and snacks. Would I come here often? Maybe not, but once in awhile.
Final Thoughts: 4.00/5 It's a soft 4 star for me today. Came here in the late evening time for some boba and a meeting. Nothing too significant to note about this experience. Pretty simple. We came, got boba, and then had our meeting there. Food: Popcorn Chicken (Not pictured): 3.9/5 Their popcorn chicken is alright. The meat itself was very tender, which was nice. Flavor was just alright for me. There was some flavor from the seasoning, but it needed a little something else. Perhaps if we had some kind of a dipping sauce, it would've enhanced it just a little bit more. We decided on the highest spice level, but the spicy seemed pretty minute (subjective). I wished they had tossed the chili powder and mixed it a little more because some pieces were covered in the chili powder and others didn't have any. Taiyaki (Not pictured): 4.2/5 Delightful little snack to go with my tea. It comes with two pieces per order. This fish-shaped snack is filled with red bean. The outside is very crispy and has a nice shell on the outside, has some nice chew and bite on the inside, and pairs very nicely with the red bean filling on the inside. For the texture of the red bean, I felt that it was just a little dry on the sides. Perhaps this is to extend it's shelf life, but it was just slightly dry and sticking to all the sides of the fish versus being a full smooth filling on the inside. When I got to the middle, it was quite nice though. Something I like is that there are still full red beans on the inside versus just being a red bean puree on the inside. Something to note though is that you should eat it when it's hot or maybe reheat it if you do decide to bring it home. I brought a piece of it home and the exterior got a little bit hard and felt really oily afterwards. Delightful upon eating after we received it though. Drinks: Roasted Mountain Oolong: 4.0/5 Simple oolong tea drink for me today. The flavor is alright, but not as strong as I would like for it to be. My preference is for my tea to have a deeper flavor to it. Sweetness of this drink was to my liking. The tea flavor has this nice floral scent and taste to it, which I really liked. I like a very subtle sweetness to my teas, so I just got 25% sweetness today. This pairs nicely with the taiyaki because the taiyaki is sweeter. Definitely very refreshing for the summer weather. --------- Quality: Average Quality of this place seems alright. Things seem to be made fresh because we did wait a bit for the food to come out. For the red beans, I feel like this is homemade too because its not sugary sweet like the canned red bean paste. Also, the pieces of red beans inside of it gives it a very handmade feel. Some might not like those lumpy bits, but I personally prefer it. Gives it some nice texture. Price: Average boba shop The pricing for the items provided seem pretty average. For my cup of tea, it was $6. The pricing will be within a $6 to $8 range depending on what you get. Again, this is pretty standard for the cost of a boba or tea around the bay area. For the foods, they were Service: Simple gestures and interactions There were pretty limited interactions with them. They have two kiosks present with one being at the front of the counter and one larger one being located on the right side right when you get into the shop. We just order from there and then pick up the drinks and food whenever they call out the number. My one note is that they're nice enough to not kick us out even after we overstayed our visit a little bit. They did start cleaning up and putting things away and that was our sign to leave, but they never verbally asked us to leave. We definitely lost track of time for our meeting. Would not recommend taking advantage of this gesture, but we appreciate that they let us stay a few minutes past the closing time. Ambiance: Simple The interior is very simple. There is a counter taking up half of the space and then the remainder space is for the tables. They have bench seats and then some chairs. The tables are quite small, so not really made for a large crowd, but you can make it work. There are some tables inside and then some tables and seats outside too if you wanted to enjoy the breeze. Love their music choice today. It was just playing in the background and I like the places that just have the soft music playing. Very soothing and it doesn't disturb me with the volume. Location/Parking: Fair lot size The shop is located inside a little plaza with Big 5 Sporting Goods. There are quite a bit of parking spaces here, which is nice. This might also depend on the time. When I first got there, there were very limited spaces leftover. It would be one space leftover here and there. If you're willing to park a little farther, there really shouldn't be a big concern though.
The drink was pretty good and the popcorn chicken was also decent. Nothing too fancy or amazing. It was good to try. The store has limited seating so beware. There is also a little claw machine in the store. Overall the drinks and food came out quickly.
OK is Sunnyvale the new Cupertino, because it's so unfair how they have all the good boba spots. Moomo is the new kid on the block. Sis heard about them and their famous mango drinks via IG, so had to check them out and support the boba monopoly in the South Bay. Their menu is varied and easy to navigate on contactless menu. Sis got their mango pomelo sago (added boba) and I had their King milk tea--perfect for the QQ texture boba lovers. Ours teas were perfectly brewed and honestly not too milky or too overpowering. Sis said the mango pom sago was so refreshing and tasty. Plus their special mango pom sago comes in their famous rectangular boxy cup, but it's plastic so not really re-usable. Sizing is standard, smaller than Sunright though. Parking is in a shared parking lot, and the shop itself is cute and homey. They have cute aesthetic lil seats indoors and like one outside. I can see school kids hanging out with friends, not so much a study spot. We are lucky to have Moomo, will def come back and try their diverse drinks. Hmm, maybe a fruit or cheese next time!
Moomo Tea is such a cute little spot! The drinks are delicious, and the food is surprisingly great for a tea shop. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient every time I stop by. My only wish is that they offered a bit more variety when it comes to sauces for the food -- a few extra options would make the experience even better. Overall, definitely a place worth visiting!
Ordering: 2 kiosks. Place was clean and the decor was cute. Having the top #10 list was useful! We ordered the oreo brulee, mango sago sans pomelo, fresh strawberry latte, and king milk tea. Hubs said the oreo brulee was average like a regular oreo shake. I loved my mango sago sans pomelo, which I'm not a fan of. The strawberry latte was good; it had actual strawberries! So many boba shops in this area. This place has the highest rating so decided to try it out. A bit of a wait but can order ahead or inside. Options for dairy alternatives, ice quantity, and sugar level. Appreciate the nice decor and location to many other foodie places. read more

Super cute cafe with the cutest cups. We came on a Friday afternoon and the place was pretty busy with lots of people coming in an out. Ordering was done on the tablet kiosk and drinks came out pretty quick. They're also doing a 10% off drinks right now, probably because they opened not too long ago. I got the mango sago at 50% sweet! It was plenty sweet, so 100% definitely would have been too much for me but my friend who has a bit of a sweet tooth got 100% and enjoyed it a lot. So happy I tried this place and I will definitely come back to try their other drinks. read more

4 stars. What initially drew me to this shop was their special rectangular cup that you can get when you get a mango pomelo sago. I liked the novelty of the cup, though I wish the cup material was a little higher quality, considering I paid $9 for the drink. The drink it self was tasty. The milkiness of the base compliments the mango and pomelo well, and the sago adds a great texture to the drink. It was sweeter than I had liked, but I still enjoyed the overall experience. The interior is well kept and my drink came out in a timely manner. You order from a kiosk and the whole process is pretty smooth. I came here with a few people from my team and the general consensus was that the drink was too sweet, but everyone still had a great time. Overall, I think this boba shop is a solid place to checkout if you want drinks that tend towards the sweeter side. read more

O R D E R E D - mango pomelo sago - matcha brulee milk tea - super fruit tea - popcorn chicken - fried squid rings - BBQ french fries - Taiwanese sausage skewers [3 piece] - bbq beef skewers [5 piece] V E R D I C T Their staff there is super friendly and service was quick! I came with a few friends and we wanted to try anything and everything. We used their kiosk system to order our drinks and snacks and it was super easy to use. Their mango pomelo sago drink is so good and refreshing, not biter at all [from the grapefruit] and the super fruit tea was also very refreshing. Perfect for a sunny day and any day. I would def order those drinks again and for snacks, everything was delicious and perfectly spiced. The BBQ french fries flavor was like eating pringles, but in fries edition and that was YUMS as I love fries. The Taiwanese sausages was just like I had it in Taiwan, brings back street food memories and popcorn chicken wasn't onverly fries. I wish I had more now to snack on while binge watching my dramas haha read more
Delicious and refreshing Mango Coconut Slushy beverage - a perfect balance so more of a slush and not too icy. I love the mixture of sweet and tangy mango with the fresh coconut milk. As with most milk tea pricing these days the drinks average $6-7 a piece so if I am in the area I would stop by and try other items on their menu. They also offer snacks like popcorn chicken and fries. The interior is bright and intimate with limited seating indoors and outdoors. read more

I tried their mango pomelo sago which is one of my favorite combos. It was $8 + 0.75 for Crystal boba so definitely on the pricey side. I ordered through the Snackpass app which made it convenient to pick up quickly and adjust sugar and ice levels. The drink and cup are pretty but I wasn't crazy impressed. Mango chunks are nice but I couldn't taste pomelo at all. I still prefer YI fang's version so probably not going to come back read more

We ordered a mango coconut slushy and a mango pomelo sago to-go last week. The slushy was very refreshing as it's been getting a little warm recently! The mango pomelo sago comes in their limited edition cup and it tasted just okay. The ordering website opts into adding a 10% tip automatically even though you have already tried updating the tip option before you place your order, check your order before confirming. read more

The shop is small and cute. There were some seatings indoor and outdoor. Parking was easy. The boba drinks have perfect amount of sugar: Assam Tea with Cheese (50% sugar) and Grape Slushies (75%). The lamb skewers were a bit pricey but they were delicious. First time here and I am very impressed. I ordered chicken no spice, golden tofu no spice, and taro assam milk tea. The chicken was so juicy, crispy, and so flavorful. The tofu was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffly on the inside. Be careful when you eat the tofu cause it stays hot for a while! The fresh puree taro with the Assam black milk tea was so delicious. I got 0% sweet and it was the perfect amont of sweetness for me. I will definitely be back! read more
It was a nice day in the South Bay, so we stopped by this nearby boba spot after a visit to the playground. It's conveniently located in a plaza with ample parking. There were already a good number of people waiting outside, so that was a positive indication that it would probably be good. Ordering and payment is through a screen at the front, and you receive an order number when you're done. There's also a QR code on the screen afterwards if you'd like to scan for your receipt. There are 3-4 tables inside, but most people were just sitting to wait for their drinks. 1. MOOMO Mango Pomelo Sago $7.95 - this is #1 on their top 10 most popular items. One reason may be because it comes in a cool cuboid "cup". I always order this if I see it on the menu as it's one of my go-to's. Mango? Good. Pomelo? Good. Sago? Good. Put them altogether and it's a great combination. I got 75% sweet with less ice and I think they did a great job following that order. 2. Mango Coconut Slushy $6.95 - also very good, a bit more tart than the mango pomelo sago. Definitely very cold and gave me a brain freeze because I drank it so fast (my fault). This was great when I was thirsty on a warm day. Our order of two drinks took about 10 minutes to be made, which isn't bad considering they had a steady stream of customers. When your order is ready, your number is shown on a screen and announced by a computer (which I prefer over staff members yelling them out) . Both drinks we got were good and I'd say the prices were slightly high but still reasonable. Glad we made a stop to try it! read more

I've been wanting to try a new boba spot, and the drinks looked really good. The space inside is spacious with seating, and you're able to order through two kiosks or online. The drinks took around 8-10 minutes since there were orders in front of us and people already waiting for their drinks. I tried the mango grapefruit sago since I love mango sago drinks and this one didn't disappoint! It came in a cute special bottle and the grapefruit wasn't bitter like I thought it might be. It complemented the mango well and didn't overpower the taste of the mango. read more

I heard good things about this place and saw their reviews, so we tried it out and it did not disappoint. The shop is pretty small with two tables by the wall, but it had cute decor with a cats on the packaging and around the place. The Boba Milk Tea was tasty and sweet. I ordered it at 50% sweetness but I probably should've gone 25% because it was sweeter than I expected. I enjoyed the boba portion of the drink, there was a generous amount of boba and the consistency was very chewy. We also got the Taro Pudding Latte, it was good combination with the pudding and taro flavor. The wait time was kind of long compared to other boba places despite being the only ones in line and waiting for our drinks in-store. Nevertheless, I look forward to coming back and trying out their other boba drinks. read more
This place is super cute and has a nice sit down relax and enjoy your boba with friends feel! One of the first things I noticed about this place was the fridge by the counter where they hold your drinks if you weren't there to pick up your order. This is so courteous! I ordered an avocado mango smoothie, which was delicious. It did have a bit of a coconut taste, but it didn't take away from the overall flavor of the drink. My friend who got a strawberry smoothie said it was one of the best things she's tasted! So definitely worth a try if you're in the area. read more

Cannot order with a non-chipped card with the self serve kiosk. Asked a staff for help. She told me to order with a "chipped card", which I don't have on hand. Decided to order online via QR code and the process with just a circle of me trying to verify payment. I verified my payment numerous times before I decided to walk out. Work on fixing the kiosk to accept payments. read more

Found this place off the Snackpass app and what pulled me in was their reusable square bottle that only comes with their mango pomelo sago drink. I got that at 50% sweet and it was really tasty! Creamy and strong mango flavor and tidbits of pomelo. Maybe 25% sweet would be better but unfortunately no milk replacements. With tax, this drink was $8.92 so it was pretty expensive. The bottle is plastic and really difficult to clean so it was kind of a one-time use. read more

Honestly I'm adding this place to my list of Bubble Tea Favorites stops. I've been to many Bubble Tea stores but never found a place like this that offers snacks in their menu. Right from drinks/snacks to ambience everything is just perfect. Got to try out the following items from their wide range of menu. 1.Popcorn Chicken: The flavor and aroma of this chicken is finger licking good. It was chewy inside and crispy outside. Perfect side. 2.Lamb Kebab 4pcs: I would say this one was okay to try if you're not diet conscious. Well presented and chewy. 3.Fresh strawberry Latte: This one blew up my husband's mind. The flavors of Berry,lychee is SOO good and perfectly made. Definitely a must try when visiting this place. 4.Moomo mango Sago: This is their signature drink and yes it definitely stands upto the mark. It has got slushy mango and chewy sago in the base. This drink is for sure a treat to Mango lovers. Even though this place fills up with customers most of the time, the processing time of orders are really quick which really should be appreciated. read more

I was hanging out in Sunnyvale and wanted to get some boba drinks because it was hot outside. I came across Moomo Tea and ordered 3 different drinks and 2 snacks. I ordered the strawberry jasmine green tea with cheese foam, the mango pomelo sago and also the strawberry latte. The strawberry jasmine green tea was a nice slushy/smoothie type drink. It was refreshing and was not overly sweet and they used real strawberries in the drink. The mango pomelo sago, which is their most popular drink, was good and also very balanced. The strawberry latte though was a bummer because they put so much lychee jelly in it, that it didn't really taste that good to me. The lychee jelly overpowered the entire drink. I don't even recall it coming with lychee jelly unless they gave me the wrong drink order. I had drank it when I got home so I didn't even notice that it had lychee jelly in it because of the strawberries and milk. The popcorn chicken was nice and it came with fried basil which I absolutely love. The Taiwanese sausage also was simple and a good snack because you don't really find time Taiwanese sausages on other boba shop menus. The downside is that it's pretty expensive. All this costed almost $45. 3 drinks alone costed $25 and that's without toppings. I can only imagine if I added toppings, it would totally surpass maybe even $30 just for three drinks. All in all, it's a good solid choice if you want something fresh and along the El Camino Real corridor in Sunnyvale. read more
Is there a such thing as "too much boba tea?" the answer is no. MooMo tea is the first spot I've seen in a while that mixes up the menu and offers a large amount of unique drinks to enjoy. I happen to stop by this place after lunch and I was really pleased with the amount of drinks they had to offer. The other thing I love about Boba places is the food and their popcorn chicken is so good! The Fried Mozzarella is definitely tasty and instagram worthy simply for the cheese pull! The staff here is SUPER nice and friendly I feel like I wanna come back just to say hi to them lol but all in all this is such a yummy treat for anyone. read more
I'm always on the lookout for new boba places in the area to try so I was excited to visit here. Its located in a plaza next to other food places and Big 5. There is tons of parking available. I went here twice already and both times were busy but we didn't have to wait in line long at all. They have a kiosk where you order and pay and they will call your number and text you when your order is ready. I have tried their Mango Pomelo Sago and their Peach slushie. The Mango Pomelo Sago came in a cute bottle which I thought was a nice touch. I am a big fan of mango sago so I had high expectations and I was pleasantly suprised! It was really good and addictive. Perfect amount of sweetness. I highly recommend it. The peach slushie was also pretty good and perfect for a hot day. It was sweet and came with peach boba. Overall I will keep coming here again. I like the Mango Pomelo Sago the most but all the other drinks look really good as well. They also have popcorn chicken and other snacks that I want to try. read more
New boba shop to check out in Sunnyvale! They just opened recently and they are serving some really good boba drinks. While their drinks are a little on the pricier side I think the quality makes the spend more than justifiable. Drinks we ordered: Mango Pomelo Sago - their signature, get this! Very impressed by the quality of this drink and had the right amount of fresh fruit and sago. Jumbo fruit tea - a jasmine pineapple fruit tea with a mix of fresh fruit. Really refreshing and love that they use pineapple jam in this. Bonus that the cup is huge at 34oz. Oreo brûlée milk tea - Oreo cookie bits went well with the milk tea! Not overly sweet either. The store was very cute with cat decorations. Very clean and organized.I got the Oreo brûlée milk tea it wasn't too sweet I did expect it to be on the sweeter side since I did 100%. The service was fast and easy to order. read more
