What was meant to be a relaxing spa morning with my best friend quickly turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. We had scheduled two head spa appointments for 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed confused and couldn't find our bookings. She mentioned they typically don't schedule two head spa sessions at the same time due to staffing--something that should have been addressed when we booked. We were eventually brought back to the treatment rooms about five minutes late. I got on the table, only for my therapist to discover there was no power in part of the room. For the next 10 minutes, she was coming in and out trying to reset the breaker. Not exactly a relaxing start. When the treatment finally began, it only got worse. I've had head spa treatments before and found them incredibly soothing--this was anything but. Water kept splashing on my face, the massage was more like random heavy rubbing than any skilled technique, and the products used on my scalp were ice cold. When I mentioned the cold temperature, the therapist casually suggested they "might need a bottle warmer." The water temperature was also all over the place--burning hot one minute, cold the next--and despite voicing my discomfort several times, nothing improved. To top it all off, the therapist played spa music from her phone, but I could hear a text notification come through during the treatment, which completely killed any remaining sense of tranquility. The session also ended early, yet I was still charged full price. When I brought up these issues--power problem, inconsistent water temperature, cold products --I was met with a blank stare. No apology, no concern, just indifference. It felt like customer service and professional training were entirely lacking. Bottom line: I will not be returning and do not recommend this business to anyone. What was supposed to be a special, relaxing day with a friend ended up being a stressful waste of time and money. read more

I got treated for my big 50th Birthday and this place delivered all the things! I got the Japanese head spa, pineapple coconut scrub and massage! It was all fantastic! I said "I sure do." Then she was maybe 1/2 way decent to me. What a crappy welcome for a nail spa. And what is the problem having someone answer the phone? No one seems to sit at the front desk. I have left multiple messages that have never been returned. Seriously people? Is this just a hobby of a business? Or are you really that cheap and do want to pay someone to answer the phone. I could hear the phone ring and ring and ring during my appointment and you could tell no one ever answered the phone. I actually watched the person at the front desk sit there while the phone was ringing and she never even made an attempt to answer it. That's just plain lazy in my book. I cannot recommend this so called spa for a simple mani and pedi. If they can't get that right, I'd hate to book something more complex like a facial or a massage and not get what I paid for. Do you actually get a massage when you book a massage? It makes me wonder. You sure don't get one with a spa mani and spa pedi. Thankfully my money spends just as well somewhere else. Four 1 star reviews says it all to me. ***7/25/24*** The best part of all is my review has been up for almost a month now and I've not even received a reply for the owner. It shows me they just don't care! This is when these reviews really count, I've just experienced a horrible appointment and now I'm able to help others from making the same mistake booking the same horrible appointment. I arrived several minutes late because I'm not yet familiar with the area, and wasn't expecting the traffic I encountered. My appointment was at 12:30pm on a Friday. The spa is in a small shopping center, and is gorgeous inside! I loved the decor, atmosphere, and attention to detail. Cleanliness is also an obvious priority and I truly appreciate that! I'm thoroughly impressed with the variety of services available, and made several follow up appointments for hair and lash extensions as a result. Also contemplating a massage Jackie is super sweet, easy to talk to, and very patient and understanding about me arriving late! She is thorough, and very good at what she does! You can tell she is passionate about her career, and making people feel beautiful and at ease. I made another appointment with her in two weeks, and think I've officially found my Idaho spot! I got a massage here since they have opened back up after COVID. I asked for a deep tissue and she made me feel like that was to much work for her. The tables make noise the whole time. It was quite a jump down off of it and with oil on the feet I almost slipped! That massage its self was good but she would stope during it and go to her counter and then come back, She did this multiple times. read more

My first 2 pedicures went well with Katy. Made a rd3 appointment with Katy, had my appointment confirmed. When I got there, found out Katy had left, but Bailey was available to do a pedicure. Made a 2nd appointment with Bailey for today at 1:00. Had my appointment confirmed, with Bailey, via email yesterday. When I arrived today, a little before 1:00pm, Bailey said she never made an appointment with me and that I was with someone I had never met before. I told them to cancel the appointment and that I wouldn't be back. I find them very unprofessional. Confirming appointments, yet not fulfilling them. Chose this salon because they offered many different services. I chose to have a pedicure. The pedicure area was very small and there was no room for anyone to even move around. I expected a spa chair and got a chair the had a plastic liner that they filled with tepid tap water. No jets, no hot water. Booked the pedicure with the hot stones and was shocked when she carried over a small crock pot with the stones in it. Paid a lot of money and left with my feet in about the same shape as when I went in. Their other services may be great but I will never know as I will not be back to waste my money. read more

Pretty awful communication skills, and I'd say they need to train their staff on how to answer/use the phones. I had an appointment scheduled for today (which did take about 6 phone calls to schedule a few weeks ago) and yesterday I knew I wasn't going to make it so I tried calling multiple times; sent to voicemail every time. I left a voicemail with my information and a brief comment on how I needed to cancel my appointment. Only to be called this morning and left a voicemail reminder that my appointment was today and that if I wanted to reschedule I had to call them back before my appointment. Ha ha. At this point I called them back, only to be hung up on in the middle of my sentence (and never called back). I'm sure this place is lovely, but I doubt I'll ever find out. read more
