I tried calling them at least 4 times over the next two weeks - never answered but finally I received a call back from the female owner who was at the pool with her kids. She told me she thought I should be good, but would call me back the next day - This was the thursday before 4th o July. She never called back and I'm starting to get nervous, because now it's about a month away from the event and I have 100 other things to do. I called 2 more times week of 7/6 and texted. Finally on morning of 7/8 I received a text back stating they will be closed that weekend and can't honor the request. This would have been helpful to know on their website or even after it was booked - but not 3 weeks later. She said they were closing for maintenance and repairs - however, when we were on the phone that Thursday before 4th of July, I heard her ask her husband, "hey babe, are we in town that weekend?" - so not sure i believe the reason for cancelling my booking. Regardless, one month away and I had to find another place to rent what I needed. If I hadn't kept calling and chasing, would they have told me they couldn't honor the request? That would have been a disaster for my sister's bridal wine party. I understand things come up, but asking for basic customer service and and follow up. Called 3 other places this morning and August 8th is fully booked - luckily, I did find one place and received confirmation and call right away. Just saying, confirm your confirmation people!

The ceremony was outside at the gazebo and the reception inside in the Oak Room. It does not even need much decor, the space itself is so pretty. We utilized the downstairs bridal suite. So beautiful. It was a small wedding, maybe 70 people or less. The staff did a wonderful job; they served appetizers and plated dinner. Very attentive to guest's. Excellent bartender. My mom utilized a partnered dj, limo driver service and shuttle service. Then, their event coordinator, Eva. The coordinator, Eva, deserves her own review- but if you are in need of a coordinator, she went above and beyond for my mother. We had to swap out decorations in between the ceremony and receptions because it was held at the same venue and he even helped with that! I don't have a single bad thing to say about the service. He was worth every penny. All of his equipment is very high quality and most if it is wireless, which affords him a lot of flexibility to equipment location. He is very familiar with all of the equipment. Not once was there any feedback from any of the microphones or complaints about the sound being too soft or loud. The music always flowed well from one song into the next, which kept the dance floor full and active. That is not just my opinion. He was also complemented by several guests across all aspects of his work, lighting, music, coordination and general helpfulness.
