I didn't realize it had cheese (which I usually ask to remove) and I usually like my eggs well cooked (no runny yoke). The breakfast sandwich was quite filling though because of the soufflé pancakes, acting like pieces of bread. This would have been much better if the matcha or cocoa were incorporated into the batter and maybe using a matcha or cocoa glaze drizzle instead of straight matcha and cocoa powder. We preferred to remove all the matcha and cocoa powder as best as possible and eat with the syrup. Would not try this one again.
