I hate starting off a review with a negative tone, but the service here needs improvement. For a place as cute as this, you'd think they'd pride themselves on providing excellent service, but unfortunately, it was just not up to par. The food, however, did meet my expectations. I got the mint lime mojito. $10 for what tasted like minty Mountain Dew. It was very sweet. Vegan birria tacos were phenomenal. I waited about 30 mins for them because they accidentally cooked beef birria tacos. They asked if we wanted the beef instead but I declined because I'm a vegetarian. The taco shells were crispy and the inside ingredients were fresh and tasty. This is one dish I highly recommend if you're looking for a meatless option. The way the restaurant is ran seems slightly disorganized. When food/drinks were brought over, nothing was said. No one offered utensils/napkins and didn't ask if we needed anything else. Something about it seemed very rushed, despite the place being practically empty when we were there.

I think the food looks better than it actually is. I didn't taste much flavor. Looked amazing but was very mid. Idk if Id try something else tho maybe

Not worth the hype. We were so excited to try this place since it's all over social media. This place has really cute interior and ample parking space since it s a shopping plaza. Everything seems clean since it's new. We got pho, summer roll, birria tacos and the a drink. The price is expensive for what you get. On top of that all the dishes feel like it's missing something. The cashier wasn't that friendly either, guess our expectations were too high.

Walk into a pink Parisian fairyland to discover authentic pho -- amazing five-spice broth -- plus inventive and delicious pho and birria-inspired delights! All of the rich unctuousness of pho beef... in a dumpling, on fries, in a taco or a pho French dip!! All with pho broth, mountains of fresh herbs, jalapenos and lime wedges. And birria-inspired dumplings, tacos and fries with a spicy beefy consommé and plentiful spicy salsa and jalapenos.

It was just a matter of time before two great cuisines from opposite corners of the planet hybridized their culinary strengths in one kitchen. Mexico and Vietnam beautifully coexist and create Baguette & Phorria with a little help from France, that transported its legendary stick loaf to Southeast Asia a hundred years ago. So, Baguette (France and Vietnam), Pho (Vietnam) and '...Rria' (Mexican Birria dipping au jus for those awesome Birria Tacos), all got married and had a baby, Phorria. Making tortillas interchangeable with baguettes was a stroke of genius that has legs. I love both styles of food. We tried the Pho Tacos (3) which came with a small bowl of beef noodle pho. All the right ingredients were in both and the tortillas were deep fried for crispness and a solid grip. Really tasty and tactile. The soup was fairly rich from sufficient simmer and recommended itself for a much larger bowl in the future. The Fried Chicken Banh Mi was a foot long sandwich loaded with chicken finger, daikon radish, carrot sliver, onion, cucumber and cilantro, with spicy mayo spread on the inside of the baguette. Although the bread was good, it was not truly a baguette found on the streets of Paris or Hanoi, that is so hard to find in these parts (but, not impossible). The downsides are few. The noodle soup choices are way too expensive (up to more than $20 per bowl). Some of the server/kitchen staff are in dirty sweats interacting with customers and (personally) the space is too damn pink. Aside from those small nits, Baguette & Phorria is worth checking out and biting into.

WORTH THE HYPEEEEEE (clap clap clap emoji) As a NE Philly native, it is a rarity that we get a place that is so good that it legitimately doesn't belong here (RIP Blue Duck) BUT I'LL TAKE IT WHILE WE HAVE IT. BxP's interior is super cute and IG friendly and the menu is long enough to have multiple options, but short enough to know that they're doing each of these options well. We got the Birria Tacos ($17 x 3pc), Grilled Beef Ribeye Bahn Mi ($15 approx foot long), and the garlic honey Sriracha Chicken Wings ($7 x 5pc) and then some boba drinks. Eveything was amazing and we will definitely be back to try out more of their menu, but if I had to pick one thing that was my absolute favorite it truly was the chicken wings. They were so crispy, but not burnt and the flavor was epic (and seven dollars for a five piece wing is a STEAL).

Went here twice to make sure how I felt about before I posted lol. First time tried their egg coffee, Bo ne and their birria tacos. The egg coffee and birria tacos were amazing. Would pass on the bo ne - it's a favorite dish of mine, in essence steak, eggs, pate, cheese and bread - theirs had sausage. Bread was a little too doughy and I didn't get the asmr sizzle lol. 2nd time went with my daughter and tried their creme brûlée coffee, elotes and their birria fries. All were great! For this fries, I may try it next time with a side of the pho broth, just seems like it would work lol. Place is adorable inside, it's located in a strip mall. Service was friendly. Definitely give this place a try!

Let's taco bout it, phorreal(don't steal, pls be original). What's the point of having a cute establishment if the food isn't up to par?.....well, you won't encounter that issue with this new joint. This review is based on a weekday at 9 am ish, so your weekend experience might be different. The staffs were kind and food came out quickly. What I ordered: -Pho Tacos vs Birria Tacos - do opt for pho birria. You're looking for something new, not the ones you could've gotten at your local neighborhood. The tacos were super crispy, not cheap with the meats, and flavor will take you straight to Ho Chi Minh. Hats off for their creativity by incorporating pho broth as a dip -Bo Ne: i think this is one of the "musts." Aesthetically pleasing to see and taste. Caphe: something that I appreciate about their caphe is how you can still taste the flavor/strength of the coffee eventhough ube/whatever flavor they have is being added on top. Grilled ribeye summer roll: eh. I could care less abt this. Too much lettuce and meat needs to be sweeter. I'm the goat but not a goat. I will update this review in a few since I will be back for that dinosaur pho, i mean short rib.

Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Ambiance: 3/5 We were also disappointed seeing that the tables that have arrived and ordered after us has gotten their food before us. We waited around 45 minutes for our food, which is insane considering that we were there before everyone else, and the baguettes were already made just needed to be assembled. The banh xeo also shouldnt have taken more than 10 minutes. We also didnt want to be the people to tell people how to do their jobs, but no buzzer or number was given to us so the staff could bring over our food. We were really close to telling the staff to cancel our order if they havent already started to prepare our food, but also we did have to drive all the way here to try it since we saw it on instagram. But we also wanted to give them another chance beceause we did enjoy the food they had in the food truck. For our visit we got the waffle banh xeo ($15), grilled beef banh mi ($15) and two drinks ($15 total). Total spent was $50. For the banh xeo, the shrimps were extra tiny which when cooked, it causes it to be way overcooked and tough. I also asked for no onions, which they did put onions in. For the banh xeo batter, it tasted nothing like all the other banh xeos i have had, this one did not have the distinctive taste, rather it tasted like over cooked dough. The lettuce and herbs that came out were broken and rotting. The banh xeo was also salty along with the fish sauce. Tasted as if I was drinking salt water. For the banh mi, the bread had no color even though we had high expectations seeing that they were pulling fresh bread out of the oven when we entered. The bread also did not have that chewy texture to it like other banh mi I had at other restuarants. Which is a disappointment because the bread is what differentiates it from hoagies. Sadly the only good thing about this place is the interior decoration, which looks like the thing to lure in the customers.

Taco Tuesday box is perfect...it comes with tacos your choose (Birria or Phorria) with the broth, also includes fries and wings.

Amazing place ,the food, ambience,Service was amazing. I strongly recommend to try this place. Your taste buds will thank you taken my word for it. The flavors and food fusions are amazing!

Baguette is a hidden gem in the outskirts of NE Philadelphia. The decor inside is always fun and inviting with tons of areas for great photo ops. Their viet -Mexican fusion menu is packed with delicious entrees, fun drinks and delicious Dubai chocolate desserts. The barria tacos are the best I've ever had . If you haven't visited Baguette yet you need to do so!

Delicious food and drinks!!! My favorite is the black sesame Vietnamese iced coffee. It's very busy! Be patient with the wonderful staff! Very clean.

Omg! Worth the trip for sure! One of the best fusion restaurants I've been to in a long time! Had the birria crispy melt and the pho dumplings - so good!

First, we're kind of on an enmolada (chicken mole enchiladas) kick, and have been slowly touring the city ordering it everywhere it's available. We love what we've gotten so far, but most mole sauces have been more on the raisin/chocolate/coffee/lightly sweet side of the spectrum. Taqueria Morales' enmoladas were nutty and complex up front, with a lingering taste of delicious smoke and heat afterward. No joke, it was like the mole equivalent of a nice cognac. Would absolutely come just for this. Myself? I was hankering for al pastor and heard and seen that Taqueria Morales is solid on the al pastor front. Well, I heard and seen rightly, because the meat was well marinated and had an excellent balance of sourness and floral spice in the mix, and came out on what I can only assume are house-made tortillas with a side of radishes and nopales (cactus). Every bite was perfect, and that was before I added on some of the green and red salsas that our chips and guac came with. Finally, the staff was bomb. The lady taking our orders and serving us was super nice and attentive, and the kitchen was FAST. Couldn't have been more than 7 minutes from placing our order and sitting down to getting it out in front of us. It was so good I almost wished we stopped back after the backbreaker of a game to get some comfort tacos. Don't miss this place!

They have a great Taco Tuesday deal with $1 tacos, offering carnitas and chicken tacos as part of the special. The carnitas tacos were seasoned perfectly -- 8/10. The only thing that would elevate them even more would be adding pico. The chicken tacos were a 4/10 unfortunately. They lacked flavor and tasted like plain boiled chicken placed on a tortilla, which was disappointing. We also ordered the Tres Salsa and chips. Out of the three salsas, the green and red were the standouts and packed the most flavor. For drinks, we ordered margaritas on the rocks ($5, plus $2 additional for flavor). I tried mango and passion fruit -- the mango tasted more like orange juice, while the passion fruit maintained its flavor much better. If you're looking for a family-friendly indoor/outdoor spot, this is a great option. I noticed a good mix of couples and singles, which made for a nice atmosphere.
