Really nice vibes, scent is a little strong in the front of the store but dissipates as you move to the back. Some really beautiful jewelry pieces, ranging from around $50 to several hundred dollars. Raw and loose stones, finished jewelry, "new age" type practice supplies including tarot and oracle cards, candles etc. The attention from the employees is eager without being overbearing, we'll definitely be back next time we are in town. read more

Susan Diamond is wonderful and she is just one very good reason, to go to Serpents Kiss. Its located right by the Town Clock. Look for the ivy, and then youve found it nicely nestled there. The other reason to go there, are in the thousands of beautiful specimens. So....after 8 hours of viewing...jk but I probably could have. I love visiting this store. I also find a lot of really cool altar pieces and books. However, one thing that is kinda disappointing is that my dog loves this store more than I do and I'm the pagan! This is by far my favorite place! I live in Morgan hill so it's about an hour away from me but it's worth the drive. I absolutely adore Matt! He's so knowledgeable and kind. The store is awesome but the young woman behind the counter was very rude. I was asking her about one of their services and she begins to talk over me mid sentence to another customer. As if I wasn't waiting for a long time already for her to get off her personal conversation with a friend. She CONTINUES to have a full on conversation with him while I'm standing right in-front of her. At this point I'm fed up and leave. I mean you are at "work" right. I was amazed with all the beautiful pieces, pendants, rings, and so many gorgeous crystal related items. From spheres, raw, tumbled they had a lot. I made an unexpected stop when I took the wrong turn on my way to half moon bay. Something just told me to wander and explore until I reached Santa Cruz and found this gem. They have a plethora of offerings. From herbs, to crystals, jewelry, tarot cards, oils, candles, books, and much more than I can remember. The gentleman at the counter was kind and helpful. He offered to setup glass vials of herbs that I was looking for. I highly recommend the lavender smudge spray they prepare. It comes in a glass bottle and smells wonderful. The ambiance was perfect. I am so in love with this place and it is a good thing I am 1000s of miles away or I would be broke. Myself and a friend were in town visiting another friend of ours and while we were out driving around we had spotted this place. I had been wanting to find some new tarot cards for a while and I was hopeful that maybe this place would have some that spoke to me. I spent quite a bit of time looking at the tarot in the case. Hoping a few would call out before I started to bother the girl with all of my "can I see that one?" ;) Once I felt I had a few in mind, I decided to look around the store and see what else it had to offer me. My CA friend is a 'baby witch' very much in to the old ways, so she had found quite a bit of stuff to look at while my traveling partner (we're from MI) just sort of came along for the ride. She is a good sport though, she actually found things she liked. I finally figured out which card sets I wanted to look at and after looking online at the decks and touching the boxes (they do not have open decks for you to look at and not all of their cards are in the binder they have which gives photos of the decks) I had purchased a Celtic Tarot deck and I could not be happier. I did ask a lot of questions, not just about the decks, but pendulums and mats. Things about the store as well. It was just a really nice, relaxing, wonderful experience to shop here and I hope maybe one day to come back and visit again. read more
