I've purchased a dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and chest freezer from them oat various times, all with very minor dents not visible when installed, with full warranties, at prices much better than the larger appliance stores in the area offer, with Camden's handling delivery and installation. The only issue I've ever run into was with the refrigerator, it took a couple weeks to get them to return and install the ice maker -- but that was only an issue because the plumber hadn't yet shown up on schedule to run the water line for it before it was delivered. Next time I need a new appliance for my rental, or when I finally get around to upgrading the kitchen in my house, this is where I'd be going first. One heads-up, though, since I heard half of a conversation with an angry person calling from a few states away while I was there once -- if you are local, buy from their store, or their website. While they do *sell* through amazon, those products get shipped through a shipping company and are delivered much like any other Amazon delivery -- outside your house, no installation, no removal of the old appliance. (And seriously, original review person -- you buy stuff under warranty so you can get the stuff repaired under warranty. The only thing you'd have any reason to call the store for is to get the sales record to prove warranty coverage if you didn't keep it, and the number to call for warranty repair; or if the warranty had expired, a recommendation for a good independent repair company. That first review is just stupid.)
