One older man that hovered about making moaning and groaning noises. He was always really close by coughing. I felt very uncomfortable by him, and he didn't seem to get the hint, and then one man who never came in, but pulled right up to the driver side of my vehicle so I couldn't get in or out for 2 hours. I will likely never go back there again unless there is simply is no other facility to wash clothes and they're just too dirty to continue to wear. Might be fine if you are a man but a single woman, should not go alone. I should note there were a lot of parking spaces there were only 2 other cars parked at laundry mat and nothing else in the shopping center was open.

Elvis lamp, cute dogs, super nice people? Coin machine, places to sit, brightly lit, parking outside? What's not to like?? I had a day-ruiningly bad experience here this morning. Laundry gives me crazy anxiety. Don't ask me why. It simply does. It's stressful living in a city and on the 4th floor of a walk up and trying to finagle laundry and quarters and carrying things with spaghetti arms! I digress. Usually Soap Bubble is fabulous in helping my frantic anxiety ass when I can't get the card readers to work, or I need advice on which machine to use for whichever size load I have that day (generally gigantic). Today, the card reader on the washing machine wasn't working - this happens to me quite a bit. I tried two cards, swiping in several ways, and probably 15 times they said declined. I know these cards work- I've used them here on these machines a zillion times! The last time this happened to me, I went up to the counter, and the employee was so kind, per usual. They came over and swiped it with their magic touch, and it worked. They didn't make me feel bad at all. It seemed like a regular thing that happens to everybody! This morning I approached the attendant on duty, who I had not seen before. I let her know that my silly ass couldn't get the card reader to work, and asked for some help. She came over to the machine and WAS SO. BRUTALLY. MEAN. I swiped the card and she said, "You're swiping it wrong. You're swiping it wrong. Why would you swipe it like that? Is that how you swipe it at the grocery store?" Not in a joking way... in a very rude, almost-made-me-cry way. Like, why am I being bullied at the laundromat right now? Anyway, she helped me by letting me pay at the computer desk. All while being the rudest lady. I don't get it. Why work in customer service when you despise human beings? I'm too sensitive, and I'm sure everyone else would brush this off. But before I went my boyfriend did joke, "Careful of that lady, she is... testy. Try to avoid that." So, she has a reputation. Laundry is already a no-fun chore that causes many of us stress. Why add to it and make your customers feel stupid and like a burden? Especially when they're being kind???? Sorry to be lame. Just like, WTF. Now I have even more anxiety around laundry, because I have to worry about being yelled at by the Soap Bubble employee. C'mon guys!!!!

You can swipe your card here or use coins. The cash part was broken when we recently went. You can also pay to drop off your laundry and have them complete the wash and dry cycles. Located in Mill Creek with tons of free parking. It's awesome to do laundry and be able to check out other places. Although we needed 5-6 machines for laundry, we only needed 2 to dry everything. They also have two tanning booths available. They have detergent, dryer sheets, as well as some small snacks for sale. I will definitely come back for large loads of laundry.

I wasn't offered a credit- I paid full price for two pants that I needed to press myself and for a shirt that looked like this. I contacted them by email and yep- no one had the courtesy to respond. I was driving past so I figured I'd stop in and see if it was this location so I could open an account. The response I got was "We don't do that here." in a rude way. That's fine, no problem. I asked if she knew which location might do that for my building and the response was "It's like you're trying order a cake at the meat department" while rolling her eyes. Uh, what?? I just left and won't use the other location's pick up/drop off service now. How someone like that keeps her job is beyond me.
