In my most recent service that cost $100.92 for one week of dry cleaning, my pants were not only creased but this is how one of the shirts looked. I asked if the pants could be repressed same day and was told they could do it but there likely would still be a crease in the pants. I wasn't offered a credit- I paid full price for two pants that I needed to press myself and for a shirt that looked like this. I contacted them by email and yep- no one had the courtesy to respond. So, here I am posting a review because they didn't have the courtesy to make it right.

I was driving past so I figured I'd stop in and see if it was this location so I could open an account. The response I got was "We don't do that here." in a rude way. That's fine, no problem. I asked if she knew which location might do that for my building and the response was "It's like you're trying order a cake at the meat department" while rolling her eyes. Uh, what?? I just left and won't use the other location's pick up/drop off service now. How someone like that keeps her job is beyond me.

I saw many reviews and the overall good ratings of Soap Bubble, so I gave it a shot. I stopped around 3:30PM on a Sunday and expected it to be fairly busy - which it was. But they had enough washing and drying machines that this was not an issue for a spontaneous stop. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The bathroom, seating area, folding stations, and machines were clean and in working order. Overall, I cannot complain!

This business…read moreapparently recently changed hands and my wife (our Guest Hostess) and I are very unhappy with the new owners and their staff. The individuals with whom we have spoken, I assume are representing this business, have been unhelpful, rude and uncooperative. The most recent problem was that an entire load of our sheets, pillowcases and towels went missing and no one will take responsibility. We have severed our business relationship and instructed our Treasurer to no longer permit this business to charge services to our corporate credit card account. I definitely would NOT recommend this business.
