All was going well until it was time to check out. The owner said that she could give her own discounts. The total came to $487 and change, two $10 necklaces for kids, one crystal egg, and a necklace that she took out of a locked cabinet. Removed the two kids necklace and then the bill was still $289 dollars. She said only Zelle,Venmo or cash. I didn't have anything but credit card. So I decided not to buy anything, she immediately got pushy and said I will give you another discount. She said how is $158! I said okay but I only have a credit card, she agreed. The next day I had a charge for $188 and change. Needless to say she never gave a receipt or asked for a signature, my bad !! I should have listen to my intuition the beginning. Lastly she gave me my necklace in a small padded bag that she received merchandise in from China. What a shame to treat people like this! I always want to support small businesses and local businesses, but not if you're going to treat people disrespectfully, karma does have a way of coming back to you!!! With regret

All was going well until it was time to check out. The owner said that she could give her own discounts. Warning: no prices and seller will make up insanely high prices for items when you ask. If you know anything about crystals you know this is a scam. I asked the price of a small moss agate heart carving (I have my own moss agate heart shaped carving in the exact same size I got for $15) and she told me $75. She said it's not cheap because of the quality but the one I have at home has exposed druzy and is way nicer for a fraction of the cost. After hearing the price for that I didn't even ask about the larger pieces I liked. I then asked the price of a labradorite tumble and was told $50 at which point I was done with the store. She said it's $50 for the tumble because of the blue flash LOL. I have so many gorgeous lab pieces with bright flash and none of it was anything near the prices she made up. Don't go here unless you want to pay 10x the price the items are actually worth. Such a shame because she does have some pretty pieces, if they were priced fairly I would've left with several crystals. read more

The shop is well stocked and could perhaps be considered overwhelming yet the energy is transformative to say the least. I purchased a bracelet and a couple of stones and little did I know when I purchased that bracelet it was going to really have a strong effect on me days later. I also appreciate that I was able to take a photo of the description that went with my bracelet so that I could look at it later because at the time I was there it didn't really sink in. I plan to visit this shop again. It's in a portion of Laguna that I adore, and there are many shops nearby that I think are worth visiting. Not only that I've loved staying at the Capri Laguna across the street and walking down to the ocean, especially down at Pearl Street. In my opinion, this section of Laguna is one of the best and still maintains that quaint, artistic Laguna vibe that I enjoyed many years ago in the 1980s.

Horrible customer service…read more I was really disappointed with my experience here. I stopped in earlier today to pick out some beads and bubble letter charms. The employee initially told me she thought the bubble letter charms were around $3 each, but she wasn't 100% sure and needed to double-check. Because she was busy helping other customers, I told her I'd leave everything under my name and come back later once she confirmed the pricing. When I returned, I found that she had already threaded every letter charm onto a chain. I never asked for this service, and it was never discussed with me. She then told me the charms were actually $40 each, which was much more than I expected based on the initial estimate. I politely declined to purchase the charms and said I'd still like to buy the other beads I had selected. That's when she told me I owed a fee for the letter charms because she had put the chains through them. At no point was I asked if I wanted that done, nor was anyone tell me there would be a fee for it. I explained that I wasn't comfortable paying for a service I never requested, but she continued to insist. Because of how the situation was handled, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Unfortunately, they lost a sale and a future customer. Beyond that, the customer service during both of my visits felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking questions and trying to make a purchase. I value good customer service just as much as the products themselves, and this experience fell far short of that.

This comes with the territory of being an Empath, clairvoyant and claircognizant. One of my soul connections is with rocks/gems/crystals and the energy therein so as you can safely surmise: I ADORE crystal/spiritual shops and have been to quite a few in various cities across the country. I recently fell upon Art of Inner Peace (I've noticed the best spiritual shops have found ME versus the other way around) and am absolutely in love. San Clemente is known as the darling, relaxing, sparkling blue water beach town in between Los Angeles and San Diego on the Southern California map and is my personal requirement to visit whenever going between the two cities. This was precisely the case when I left LA to spend my birthday weekend in San Diego. Avenida def Mar, the main touristry strip that houses shops, eateries, boutiques, the post office and businesses; never fails to draw me in with its perfectly Cali surf vibe. While perusing the sidewalk, a quick sideways glance revealed, "Crystals!" (I shouted this); and I ran into Art of Inner Peace so fast that I probably left a trail of smoke behind me like in Looney Tunes cartoons. Upon entering, my eyes feasted on an array of crystals/rocks/gems, colorful textiles, shiny sound bath bowls, jewelry, wands, sage bundles, meditation supplies; while the scent of incense permeated my nose and amazing energies seeped into my pores from every direction. Art of Inner Peace is stunning with a selection that makes the store feel like an entire experience versus just a spot to shop. I could have spent hours looking at everything! Whatever your spiritual needs: you will find it at Art of Inner Peace. Art of Inner Peace is amazing as is just to browse; but honey: it gets even better! I can never have enough crystals - I am like the Cookie Monster with cookies - and can not rave enough about the selection of crystals/rocks/druzy crystals/ spheres/ icons at Art of Inner Peace. Whomever is their buyer knows their stuff AND they must have the most amazing suppliers! All of the pieces are both stunning on the eyes and of the utmost quality. One would therefore expect Art of Inner Peace to be off the charts in price point but NO! The prices on the crystals are incredibly affordable and basically a steal for the quality. Art of Inner Peace does NOT scam over customers! LOVE THIS PLACE! I selected a beautiful druzy amethyst crystal alongside an adjustable costume-vintage style ring ($10) and expected a simple check out experience but even this was stupendous at Art of Inner Peace. The female associate was so welcoming and instantly commented on my own energy and vibes. She (wish I caugfht her name) made me feel like I was a celebrity in her store and that she was being gifted by MY visit! And this wasn't some grifting act either - this was genuine. It is an absolutely pleasure to patron such an establishment where the business is truly thankful for their customers. Art of Inner Peace is perfect on all counts: the selection, ambiance, prices and customer service. This is a store that others should use a template for their own business plan. Whether you live in San Clemente or just passing through; Art of Inner peace is a MUST for your spiritual shop needs.
