At the time I purchased, Barbie had told me these lightbulbs were long lasting. I think 7 or 10 years, if memory serves me correctly. I took burned out bulb to the store and Barbie replaced it. Well, a second one burned out at the beginning of this year (2023). I tried to go up once (it's near my home) and found out store was closed. So, planned to return soon but life/ health issues prevented. 7/27/23: got there today, no Barbie. I explained to a woman at the desk re purchase and needed bulb. And I handed said woman the bulb. She was condescending. First words were: "Well, they (bulbs) don't last forever"! I said that I knew this and what Barbie had said about life of bulb.
