Valerie's tax service employees are honest, straight up about several ways to file within the tax code and they finished tax preparation in a timely manner. Could not ask for better when stressing over taxes. Separately for a fee when we had IRS complications three years ago Valerie's Tax service came to the rescue with understanding all the extra filings, proof of paying taxes owed and what was not owed along with knowing the IRS lingo required in email and on the phone communication.

My husband and I thought that getting…read moreour rental home entirely cleaned before really getting settled in would be a great idea, however, it was the worst decision we ever made. The reason being, we chose the wrong people to do the job. We were charged $275 for the initial cleaning and offered $150 for upkeep. We were told that everything would be done on the initial cleaning, which included base boards, dusting of wainscoting, cleaning inside kitchen cabinets, etc. However, this was not done on the initial and we were told that they would do it upon the next visit? But these services were quoted as part of the initial cleaning, right? So if we decided not to continue services, they didn't completely do their job the first time so it wouldn't get done. Our master bathroom shower tiles were not cleaned thoroughly and I even brought it up to her and I was told "that's just the way they are." But when I took some bleach and a brush to it a couple weeks later, it miraculously disappeared. I'm not accustomed to a cleaning service that makes the customer provide for most of the cleaning supplies and takes them when when they're done as if it were theirs. MUST READ: But the cleaning services wasn't the worse part. It was the fact that we had items missing from our home which was quite shocking to my husband and I. First it was one thing and as the days went by, we realized there was more things missing. And after disclosing this, proper action was not taken. I would NOT, NOT EVER recommend this company to anyone, not any of my friends or colleagues. We were extremely disappointed especially after trusting them into our home and allowing them to freely be exposed to our personal belongings and items we worked so hard for. If you need cleaning services for your home, go elsewhere!!!
