They taught me the ropes on shoe care, help me buy the right stuff to take care of my shoes at home, then did a professional job to restore my shoes for a mere $7. The guy behind the counter said that he still needed to "polish" the boots, but I could see him changing out the soles in the back and the paint that he applied to the heels was still wet when he gave them to me. Always attentive, knowledgeable service aimed at identifying options that fit my needs, wants and budget. They typically have what I want on sale, and have leaned toward giving me a deal whenever possible - without my asking. I love that they do business the same way today as when I first walked through the doors.
