I hired Moooving Crew to come pack up our kitchen for our move up North. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I should never had agreed to the terms of pricing "per hour". Big, HUGE mistake. When that time was up they were barely half done. I agreed to them finishing the job and keep going. I had left a good amount of wrapping paper that I had bought from Amazon. They brought some too, along with the dish pack boxes I did not have. The end cost for supplies was astronomical. No way they used that many supplies for inside the box. Yesterday I began to open the boxes looking forward to pulling my new kitchen together. What a disaster. The last half of the kitchen was mostly broken. (See pictures). They were just thrown in the boxes with barely any paper. I literally lost half of our Crate and Barrel plates. Those wrapped in my honeycomb paper I left them survived. I am so disgusted. They tried to charge me for the time they stopped for gas getting to our home. In all fairness, I was refunded when I complained. Moooving Crew Inc, from Bonita Springs, told my wife on the phone there will be $ 165/ hour for two people to move our belongings in Naples. Their two men arrived on Friday February 7th and their truck did not have bars for hangers and when asked they told us we needed another truck for this service. Their men complained about hard work and were unwilling to follow our instruction. Before they unloaded the last load, they made a calculation and asked about $ 1 350 00, which was not $ 165 X 4 1/2 hours. They said if I do not pay they will take our belongings and go. As I was trying to call the sheriff's office for help, they left without giving me the bill. With our things were our medications. They left us without medications for the weekend and when the sheriff contacted them they told him they cannot bring our things back even if we pay because they do not work over the weekend and medicines are personal property and they treat it the same with our other belongings. My wife and I (ages 67 and 81), were trying to find medicines over the weekend. When another worker brought our things back after three days, they changed their story and said the bill was not $ 1 350 00 but $ 858. But they presented a new charge for $495 and this was for taking back our things to their warehouse, unloading our items there, store them inside, reload them to their truck, transport and unload them to our house. Overwhelming awful experience for our family. Multiple large furniture items broken and missing parts, beds not fully put back together, price was 3x the initial estimate and the team consisted of two gentleman that understood their job and one that was not equipped for the job at all and not able to manage the tasks which is not beneficial when the quote is for 3 men hourly. Do not recommend using this company if you have other options. read more

The hourly rate quoted for my project was 145.00. When I spoke to a rep it changed to 175.00 for two people and I was up sold to three people for over 250.00. I can't give the exact amount because believe it or not the contract doesn't reflect the hourly rate or amount paid. I had 3 rooms to move with very limited furniture (no dressers, no kitchen table, one couch, three beds) and the total was over 1800.00. The movers themselves were courteous but I really don't know what the third one did (he was in the truck I guess moving stuff to the other to be unloaded). The move took 7 hours and I was charged for 10 materials. When I asked for a breakdown nobody responded. Also, when I asked via e mail when the movers would be there nobody responded either. They lied to me about pricing, the movers showed up an hour and a half late, they broke my furniture and ruined a leather couch I just purchased along with damaging the walls of my new townhouse. This is a complete HORROR story. The kind you read about. My story started, early in the morning, I looked around for Moving company for that day, short notice, yes, but if they had availability, I figured it would work. I'm huge on reading reviews. I should've read the last one. But I didn't. I was kind of in a rush. She asked me the typical questions, how much furniture, which I only had three large pieces, one was a sectional one was a mirror and one was an entryway table. Everything else was already in large container boxes probably about 30 we went over everything. She asked me how much I had. I said I don't have a lot of furniture but I have a lot of container boxes and she acted as if she knew what I meant. She asked me what size my storage was and I said it was a 10 x 20 so that kind of explains it. It's a pretty good amount of stuff. Just not a lot of furniture. The destination for the drop off was less than 5 miles. She quoted me at first 165 an hour and I explained to her prior to having everything shipped into the storage unit. I was getting quotes at 145 and she was the first quote so I hadn't even started yet she said she would match that which I was very happy about. I asked her if they were insured she said yes and that was good , so it looked legit to me. So you can imagine my surprise when the drivers came with my things, and demanded an extra $150. Been exactly 2 hours. We let them know we already paid 290 because it was a very quick job. It was in a storage unit , and it was just going to be entered into a garage. Now for one the guys were almost an hour late. we were looking at a time between 12 and 3 PM, they didn't get here till after four. They come with the truck they would have to take two trips. Way Too small, Mind you I'm paying by the hour. it didn't even have a lift. It was the kind that you walk on. The kind that you rent from Home Depot. I did tell her I had a 10 x 20 unit. So when my ex-husband said the guys came me the whole story on the track. I was livid. But mostly exhausted. As we all know moving can be very exhausting. The least you want to worry about is your items I have a son who's handicap and I needed what was in the truck items. I called the Kera outraged, not about the money, but about the fact that she brought a truck that was too small. She understood or at least she pretended she understood what I was requesting. Prior to this incident she was very nice... but boy she did a full 360 like you would not believe, she kept telling me, I said I didn't have that much stuff, it's not what I said I said I didn't have that much furniture. I had a Storage unit which was 10 x 20. That kind of speaks for itself but I did tell her it was many container boxes. she literally hung up on me twice and told me she was going to keep my things. When the truck came to my house house they said that we owe them A additional $155 dollars or I would not get my things mind you already paid 290 on my debit card so they had that that's what I had agreed on. They wanted 155 additional well, my ex-husband was pleading for our things you can hear that horrific girl, Kera in the background Saying to the men "just leave." Knowing we had important things in there completely unimaginable. So the guys are going to just leave and take our stuff. This is like out of a movie. I could not make this up. but my ex-husband begged and pleaded because we have a handicap child. When I found out he gave them cash. I asked him did he get a receipt and he said no they didn't offer him one and he was so desperate to get the stuff that he just let them go. So at this point it would've been their word against ours. THE GOOD NEWS!!! That morning we had cameras installed by the garage and the front door. It shows the transaction of my husband giving the driver a additional $155. There's the receipt. I will keep you all posted on a part two because, I'm taking this to court. I'm suing for the stress, the danger they put in my child in. And we need to stop these people from taking advantage. DANGER - My experience was about the same as these other reviewers. After six weeks of chasing them down (requested my property week of 5/3/21 finally received 6/18/21), finally received all of my items from storage. It took four or five trips and I often wondered if they were just going to keep everything. They kept demanding more money. They yelled at my wife on the phone one day to the point of bringing her to tears. Verbally abusive and they never once arrived when they said they were going to. Found evidence of rodents and other excessive damage. It looks like it was done intentionally. Also found out they do not have Workers Compensation insurance. One worker injured (not on my property) has filed claim against me now because of this. They said their insurance was either inadequate to cover the damage they caused or was declined by their insurance carrier. Their response was they didn't have the money to pay me, so too bad.... nothing I can do. Deal with these people at your own risk. I got my stuff back and will now take the matter up with my credit card company. I WOULD NEVER PAY THEM WITH CASH OR CHECK. The "owner," Brandon, is a hothead and hung up on us several times. The owner on paper, Lynn, is always nice at first, but it's just story after story when you try to get them to finish the job. Not sure if it's true, but someone told me they disappear on their boat if anyone tries to serve them. Again, buyer be very, very aware. From my first call to schedule with Lynne to the end of my move, these guys were great. My movers Zach, Jay and Chris were wonderful, worked so well together, were respectful of my condo neighbors and took great care of our stuff. I have used this company for several moves and had no problems. This time the Moooving Crew treated my family poorly and cheated us in this move. There is no way they were working for 5 hours. They called at 12:52 and told me they were 15-20 minutes away. They did one load to one location and forgot a glass table top. This mistake was on my dime. Then when they called for me to pay at 4:08 as they were almost done. They wanted $854 which is for 5 hours. Then when I said it was not 5 hours of work, they took the furniture they had delivered to the house and put it back in the truck. They told me they would put it in storage and charge me until I paid. They also threatened legal action!!!! So, my husband paid the $854 and they put it in the garage. It was suppose to be put in the house. Now I have to pay someone to move it where it is suppose to be!!! If they read this I would like to request the GPS readings for this truck. I see there are others who had similar problems with this company. This unethical behavior is unacceptable. Stay away! read more

I used Moooving Crew to do an internal move yesterday. I was quoted $105 for 2 men per hour. When the move was complete (took about an hour and a half) I was hit with a $270 bill! They charged me 30 min drive time to and from my home! Nothing was moved here or taken away, no truck needed just muscle. I was never told about the drive time charges. I complained to the movers and called the company to no resolve. read more

We hired this company to move our uncle into an assisted living facility. They were able to do the job quickly, they were on time, they treated his possessions with care and the two movers we worked with were a pleasure to be around. They went over and above so we highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact they were so respectful and efficient, the director of the asst.
