Anthony was a really great guy to work with. He was very kind, professional, and was quick to respond.I really appreciated his communication and positive energy throughout the whole process. That being said, I just wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the detailing. There was still some dust, crumbs, and dirt left behind, especially underneath the floor mats, and a few spots on the seats could have used a little more attention. Not a knock on the business just telling it as it is. I wanted a quick wash and help resolving an interior mildew issue due to a leak in the car somewhere. He did remove majority of the mildew and the smell so I'm grateful for that. It was alright, still saw some mildew left in an obscure spot. One of my windshield wipers was broken off but I was able to fix. I only found out about windshield wiper as I tried to turn on the car it fell off. They worked the night before without falling apart. Timely communication though which is appreciated man worked in mid 90 degree weather. Cost was $245. I had requested interior detailing only. I had explained the car was very dirty and the previous owner was a smoker. I had also told him that there was sand and debris all throughout the car. He said he could clean my car for $170. He was extremely understanding when we had originally set a time to meet at 3pm and because of complications he moved it to 4pm to accommodate me. Let me talk about the positives. He cleaned the carpets and made them look as close to brand new. Unfortunately because he spent so much time and focus on that he did a mediocre job on the front seats. The back seats look brand new. After 2 hours he said he was done. Upon inspection I pointed out that the vents had not been cleaned and still contained dust. Also the cigarette tray had not been cleaned and he quickly cleaned it after I pointed it out. There was still debris in the trunk. He mentioned using odor eliminator but the car still smells like smoke. I will say he is a great person and he did put in a lot of effort. But if I am paying $85 an hour for a detail I expect some better results. I wish him nothing but the best but sadly I will have to have someone else come finish what he started. read more

I hate to leave a bad review because he was such a nice guy and worked really hard in the heat of the afternoon, but he was an hour late (after asking if he could come an hour early) and the job just didn't get done right. The rear seats were down and he didn't put them up and clean them due to a misunderstanding where I thought he was asking if I wanted him to clean the spare tire well and I said no... I thought the seats would obviously be included in the interior detail. He left about half of the brake dust/dirt on the wheels, large smudges and overspray of plastic cleaner on the inside of the windshield, and half-assed the engine bay. He broke off the fuel door lever inside the car and left it on my dash. He just used sprays and cloths to sort of wipe the car although I offered him a hose hookup to help wash. It was a big, difficult job for sure, but I was willing to pay for however much time it took to do it right. Instead I paid for a job I'm going to have to finish myself - and fix the fuel door lever - before I can take photos to sell the car. read more
